Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño, cerca de la antigua ciudad de Rhodes. La habitación era fantástica con vistas a la piscina. El desayuno buffet es algo de este mundo que catering para todos los sabores posibles, prepararse para un desayuno largo! La piscina no está calentada, pero esto no importa, ya que se refresca caer en la piscina al dormir alrededor. El personal era amigablemente útil y deletreadamente amable, y George el guardián de la vida no podía ser más útil ir más allá de los límites de su papel cada día. Reserva una habitación deluxe que contempla la piscina, habitaciones en la parte de atrás del hotel que contempla un lugar arqueológico, no desagradable, pero no tan colorido como el aspecto de la piscina. Nos encontramos en B&B y el paseo a la antigua ciudad no está lejos con cientos, si no miles de tabernas para elegir, tratar de conseguir al menos una comida en uno de los restaurantes de arriba. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel.

Hotel of dreams. This is our 8th year visiting Rhodes! This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. Lovely location by all the nice bars/restaurants. We did not have any issue at all with noise from outside bars.. no more then you would expect from being on holiday. The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful layout, modern and very clean. However what made us love this hotel is the staff. All the staff we encountered was extremely professional and very friendly. Every member of staff clearly cared about us as guests and made us feel very looked after and made our experience just wonderful. We would like to thank Anna Maria for taking such good care of use in the evenings and providing us with lovely cocktails, Spiros made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to help us and lastly the AMAZING Elena… we can not thank you enough for how much you looked after us, from looking after us at breakfast ( all the food is AMAZING) to looking after us by the pool. You really made us feel totally relaxed and looked after, your lovely manner and how much you care about your guests really does come across. I can no recommend this hotel enough and this hotel and it’s staff really will make your holiday one to remember.

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Rhodes el 14 de septiembre de 2022, pero nadie vino a recoger, llamamos The Grande Della Rose Hotel- explicamos nuestra situación a un hombre muy enojado en la recepción, que dijo que no había nada en su sistema, y no había ninguna reserva, ¡Cuando pagamos por el 7nts estadía con desayuno, dijo que las transferencias estaban incluidas con el precio! Creemos que el problema era relacionado con el Apoyo al Cliente- donde enviamos un mensaje de correo electrónico, el tiempo y la fecha de llegada, pero por alguna razón, el Hotel Grande Della Rose no lo recibió ... había intentado contactar con el Hotel 4 veces por teléfono, pero no pudo hacerlo El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Para ser justo y honesto, encontramos todo el personal de este hotel muy agradable y útil y salió de su camino para hacer nuestra estadía de vacaciones, cómoda y agradable.

So the reviews are true. This place is dated. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the pools at night. It really is early 90s at best. See past the doric columns in the bathrooms, heavily glossed dark varnished doors, saloon style frosted glass strung from brass and fake grecian freezes the Mitsis product does not disappoint. The room was large with 3 full-size beds for our family (no sharing a sofa bed here) The a la carte restaurants by the pool coupled eith the book only italian and asian meant we never had to eat in the buffet for an evening meal. The cocktails were generous and service fabulous. Second to none was the kids club. Our kids got welcome gifts on arrival, treats throughout the stay and a goodbye gift from the kids team. It’s the first time my kids have actually asked to go to kids club and the team were amazing with them. The hotel is 10 min from the port where there are lots of water activities on offer and 15 minutes from the old town. Didn’t feel trapped in a resort as plenty to do locally. I would definitely see past the dated reviews and fully recommend the Mitsis Grand. I’ll also definitely try out some of their other hotels. 2// a fabulous family holiday.

Situado en el antiguo rincón este de la ciudad. Muy cerca del puerto y centro de la ciudad. La casa es minimalista diseñado pero cómodo. El jardín tiene algunos bancos de asiento y aconsejo. El huésped es muy útil incluso para alquiler de coches o restaurante. Altamente recomendado.

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave
