So the reviews are true. This place is dated. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the pools at night. It really is early 90s at best. See past the doric columns in the bathrooms, heavily glossed dark varnished doors, saloon style frosted glass strung from brass and fake grecian freezes the Mitsis product does not disappoint. The room was large with 3 full-size beds for our family (no sharing a sofa bed here) The a la carte restaurants by the pool coupled eith the book only italian and asian meant we never had to eat in the buffet for an evening meal. The cocktails were generous and service fabulous. Second to none was the kids club. Our kids got welcome gifts on arrival, treats throughout the stay and a goodbye gift from the kids team. It’s the first time my kids have actually asked to go to kids club and the team were amazing with them. The hotel is 10 min from the port where there are lots of water activities on offer and 15 minutes from the old town. Didn’t feel trapped in a resort as plenty to do locally. I would definitely see past the dated reviews and fully recommend the Mitsis Grand. I’ll also definitely try out some of their other hotels. 2// a fabulous family holiday.

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Rhodes el 14 de septiembre de 2022, pero nadie vino a recoger, llamamos The Grande Della Rose Hotel- explicamos nuestra situación a un hombre muy enojado en la recepción, que dijo que no había nada en su sistema, y no había ninguna reserva, ¡Cuando pagamos por el 7nts estadía con desayuno, dijo que las transferencias estaban incluidas con el precio! Creemos que el problema era relacionado con el Apoyo al Cliente- donde enviamos un mensaje de correo electrónico, el tiempo y la fecha de llegada, pero por alguna razón, el Hotel Grande Della Rose no lo recibió ... había intentado contactar con el Hotel 4 veces por teléfono, pero no pudo hacerlo El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Para ser justo y honesto, encontramos todo el personal de este hotel muy agradable y útil y salió de su camino para hacer nuestra estadía de vacaciones, cómoda y agradable.

Hotel of dreams. This is our 8th year visiting Rhodes! This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. Lovely location by all the nice bars/restaurants. We did not have any issue at all with noise from outside bars.. no more then you would expect from being on holiday. The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful layout, modern and very clean. However what made us love this hotel is the staff. All the staff we encountered was extremely professional and very friendly. Every member of staff clearly cared about us as guests and made us feel very looked after and made our experience just wonderful. We would like to thank Anna Maria for taking such good care of use in the evenings and providing us with lovely cocktails, Spiros made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to help us and lastly the AMAZING Elena… we can not thank you enough for how much you looked after us, from looking after us at breakfast ( all the food is AMAZING) to looking after us by the pool. You really made us feel totally relaxed and looked after, your lovely manner and how much you care about your guests really does come across. I can no recommend this hotel enough and this hotel and it’s staff really will make your holiday one to remember.

El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño, cerca de la antigua ciudad de Rhodes. La habitación era fantástica con vistas a la piscina. El desayuno buffet es algo de este mundo que catering para todos los sabores posibles, prepararse para un desayuno largo! La piscina no está calentada, pero esto no importa, ya que se refresca caer en la piscina al dormir alrededor. El personal era amigablemente útil y deletreadamente amable, y George el guardián de la vida no podía ser más útil ir más allá de los límites de su papel cada día. Nos encontramos en B&B y el paseo a la antigua ciudad no está lejos con cientos, si no miles de tabernas para elegir, tratar de conseguir al menos una comida en uno de los restaurantes de arriba. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. Este hotel está situado literalmente a dos minutos a pie de la playa, con bares y restaurantes y es a unos 15 minutos a pie del puerto y la antigua ciudad.Wr se quedó durante 4 noches y puedo decir honestamente que fue un gran hall y nos alegramos de que nos quedamos aquí.Can’t El personal no está bien en la recepción y las novias o la limpieza del hotel en todo el mundo.Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para una familia, pero sólo nos quedamos allí y tuvimos un balcón decente que incluye sillas de mesa SND y un aire acondicionado para nuestras ropas que era muy util.Las habitaciones tenían con aire libre que funcionaba bien y nos mantuvo frío en la noche.deja tu llave en el interruptor cuando entras en la habitación y se apaga.También si cierras y cerras la puerta de la patio se apaga automáticamente.Encontramos las camas muy cómodas y sería cambiado,con toallas,todos los 3 días.que era bueno para nosotros.La piscina era hermosa y limpia como estaba alrededor de la zona de piscina.Las camas de sol siempre se toman muy temprano,por lo que necesitamos llegar rápidamente si quieren un día de piscina.Nos damos toallas gratis para utilizar la piscina y tuvimos que pagar 5 euros de depósito reembolsable si los llevamos a la playa.No comíamos ni bebíamos en este hotel por lo que no podemos comentar eso.No podemos defectuar este hotel y nos alegramos de que nos quedamos aquí.Después de dos años esperando para viajar y Teniendo que cambiar las reservas varias veces, no nos decepcionó.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the new town area close to harbour and lots restaurants and bars. It is within easy walking distance of bus station and rhodes old town. The room are basic but nice. Its a family run hotel and the father manager made us feel welcome. The breakfast is basic but then the price for hotel is cheap. I was more than happy with everything about hotel. Downside is street noise but is is situated in busy area. For the money paid its well worth it and I would not think twice about returning. If you are looking for cheap hotel with basic breakfast located close to everything then check out price.

¿Acogida? Nuestra habitación estaba ocupada y nos han hecho esperar más de media hora para un taxi (es probable que todos los taxis los tomen prácticamente) nos han llevado a otro hotel no demasiado lejos, muy bonito con piscina etc la mañana después de que tuvimos que volver la habitación no estaba listo todavía, pero poco después nos pusieron subir, también sería bonito si el baño se había limpiado un poco mejor y los toallas que se cambian cada mañana Por suerte, el personal es cordial y disponible. Sin embargo, le aconsejo que cambie algo de la comida de bufete al menos cada dos días porque después de un poco tienes náuseas porque eres pequeño. Gracias por los intentos de una buena estancia Lección: gastar un poco más y disfrutar de las vacaciones!

Stayed at the hotel 23rd December 2023 to January 3rd 2024. The booking was for hotel & breakfast. On questioning the receptionists twice regarding breakfast was told breakfast not served during winter months. Only receptionists & cleaners working. The receptionists did not advise that the breakfast costs were diverted to elswhere so went out for breakfast, That was over 12 days so no alternative offered. The Bed was comfy but the accomodation was basic. The room was not cleaned on 5 days during the stay. The fridge was empty, not even water in the fridge. If we wanted drinks, there was at least one fridge in the reception area that had water, bear & soft drinks that had to be paid for. we were on a budget but not so tight that we could not afford to have breakfast outside the hotel but had we have been on a tight budget the extra cost could have ruined the holiday. . The wardrobe had carrier bags left over from a previous occupant & in one drawer & a few disposable razors from a large pack in another drawer presumably from a previous occupant. Having spoken to Tripadvisor, they state the the hotel diverted the breakfast cost to an alternative option but we were not advised of the same & the hotel refuses to compensate for the additional cost of having to get breakfast outside the hotel. No compensation offered other than the one night we did not stay due to the late arrival of a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Rhodes. We spent over 250 euros eating breakfast outside the hotel due to the Parthenon not offering breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel other than to say the receptionists were polite but not informative about the stay. There were others staying at the hotel who may have had similar experiences. Th booking contained false advertising in stating hotel & breakfast but did not vocalise any alternative. That is money taken for services not offered. If you are looking to stay in Rhodes. try other hotels that may honour what is advertised. Rich & Judy Hinds.

Estuve en este hotel solo 3 días y les puedo decir que estuve bien. La habitación estaba limpia y el servicio de limpieza también era genial. El único defecto es que en las habitaciones con ducha, después de tomar una ducha, lamentablemente el agua se fue a todas partes porque no había ducha sino solo una cortina. Por lo demás todo es excelente.
