Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Hotel, hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen - das warme Gericht war ein Witz. Auch wenn man sich am Buffett Vor- und Nachspeisen holen konnte, es war das Geld nicht wert. Zimmer top, Bademantelgang immer wieder gern - auch wenn die Therme relativ zeitig schließt.

nicht gut- kein Parkplatz am Haus, sehr gute Küche, freundliches Personal, geräumige und saubere Zimmer,
auf der ******* Seite sollte genauer stehen, welche Kosten dazukommen, wie z.B. Thermalbad

Gutes Hotel, ruhige Lage, alles gut! Der Check in war (Personal) ist ausbaufähig, freundlich geht anders! Aber alles gut, wir haben ja alle mal ein schlechten Tag!

Kein 4-Sterne Niveau wir sind Ende Juli 2022 auf ein 3-Tage "Sommer-Angebot" hereingefallen. Überteuert, Falschinformationen zur Zimmerausstattung und Thermennutzung sowie schlechter Service. Beispiele: Zimmer mit "Balkon" (Aufpreis) hat real keinen Balkon (siehe Foto) sondern nur einen Austritt. Zudem bestehen dadurch erhebliche Sicherheitsprobleme. Entgegen Ankündigung doch nur Büfett. Besonders das Salat-Angebot ist mehr als dürftig. Schlimmer noch: geht man zur 2 Schicht ab 19.30 Uhr, so sind wesentliche Angebote nicht mehr vorhanden und der Rest bleibt unappetitlich auf den Platten liegen (Fotos). Kein 4-Sterne-Niveau auch bei der Qualität der Speisen; angetrocknetes Brot, eingeschränktes Wurstangebot und lieblos aus der Großpackung hingelegt. Auch problematisch: keine erkennbaren Maßnahmen am Büfett zum Corona-Schutz. Das negative Bild wird komplettiert durch Nicht-Reaktion der Geschäftsleitung; selbst nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen. Schade, denn Bad Langensalza ist sehr hübsch, sehenswert...und hat bestimmt auch bessere Hotels! Dieses hat jedenfalls kein 4-Sterne-Niveau und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keinesfalls.

Lage und Umgebung und insbesondere Erholungswert hervorragend. Hotelpersonal und Essen ausgezeichnet. Ganz besonders hat uns der Bademantelgang in den Wellnessbereich und das 32 Grad warme Bad gefallen. Der Wellnessbereich wird gerade erweitert und sollte dringend um frei zugängliche Angebote wie Yoga, Pilates, autogenes Training, Frühsport, Wassergymnastik etc ergänzt werden

das Hotel ist an sich ein sehr schönes und modernes Haus; der Service am Empfang und vom Housekeeping war auch top; dafür mangelt es deutlich beim Service im Restaurant; bis auf einzelne Ausnahmen ist das Personal unfreundlich und unprofessionell und man hat den Eindruck, dass es mit der Anzahl der Gäste des Hauses etwas überfordert ist
