El hotel familiar cuenta con un equipo de alto nivel muy comprometido y atento que se esfuerza por hacer la estancia lo más agradable posible. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y generosas, pero sólo un baño pequeño, pero grande y limpio, fue un pequeño punto de crítica, pero la familia de operadores ya está consciente de ello y ya ha planeado renovaciones. El desayuno buffet siempre ha sido fresco y muy rico, así como la cena con productos locales de excelente calidad, tanto en lo que se refiere a los alimentos como al sabor.
