Beggers can't be choosers seems to be the motto of this hotel as there are only few hotels in this town. Though rooms are big enough and spacious. Service part is missing. Staff and ***agement try to cut corners like 1. No 2 towel per room during rainy seasons even if two persons are staying in same room. Their excuse is that towels are wet. It seems they haven't heard of dryer machine which every hotels owns. Just think how unhygienic is sharing two person same towel. 2. We had to change two rooms as on bathroom was full of cockroches and another bathroom commode spray was broken. It took two hour to change the room after long argument. 3. Two rooms sheet were not changed after last guest checkout. Sheet was dirty and pillow had hair on it. Suggestions, if possible before taking room make sure to ask these questions before and make sure room is clean and every thing is in order. Pro: Rooms are big and spacious Hotel is centrally located. Junior staff are good but they have to work under their ***agers who try to cut corners.
