衞生乾淨，房間裏也一直有背景音樂播放，自己可以調節音量或關閉。早餐和晚餐都是點單制，味道不錯，服務也好。房間窗口就可以看到隔壁的格蘭酒店，酒店大堂還有好幾個柚木大象🐘，總之性價比不錯

去過的20多個國家70多家酒店遇到的最差服務。在攜程訂的酒店，酒店前台説攜程沒給他們錢，要我跟攜程溝通錢款事項，第一次遇到自己後台錢款問題要顧客去溝通的，1個小時後攜程處理好了，又説我的訂單沒有含早餐，明明房費裏含了早餐，要再付33.5刀，並且立即付款，我的內置芯片的VISA他們還刷不了。我掏出兩張20刀給前台，居然當著我的麪揉搓紙幣並嬉皮笑臉説其中一張20刀有問題，這錢是在斯里蘭卡的ATM機取的，此來沒見過如此讓人噁心的服務，付過錢後又告訴我要第二天才能提供收據，這是什麼**規定？為一個入住搞了1小時20分鐘沒有任何道歉！
到了房間太陽都快下山了，房間是二樓是一個角落，窗外是隔壁的運貨車庫，毫無風景可言，正準備休息突然房間傳來咳嗽聲，嚇了一跳，房間裏有個木門和隔壁房間相連，能清楚聽到隔壁説話，咳嗽！***********晚上9點多攜程幫我協調換了一個房間，被子很薄，沒有空調，電暖氣不僅不怎麼管用，而且噪音很大，整體體驗極差！
最後感謝攜程的客服耐心服務，也提醒各位準備入住此酒店的小夥伴，這家店******

在努瓦里麪，山上天氣比較冷，屋內有暖氣，房間設施有些陳舊了，酒店很漂亮，英倫風的設計，綠色屋頂搭配白色牆面，非常美
