Hotel grande, moderno y bien mantenido aunque ubicado lejos del centro histórico. Habitación limpia, tranquila, bien decorada y funcional, con una cama muy grande y cómoda. Buen baño, espacioso y con un secador decente. El buffet del desayuno bueno y variado aunque no lo disfrutamos demasiado debido a las medidas covid, tenías que esperar turno y pedir lo que querías a una señora que parecía el sargento de un cuartel. Una trabajadora desbordada ante la gran fila de personas que esperaban para pedir comida. Surrealista y poco agradable.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

Conocíamos este hotel para haber venido ahí hace 10 años. Nuestro objetivo: hacer un tratamiento de la artrosis cervical con masajes terapéuticos eficaces, descansar, visitar la región, hacer bicicleta... Objetivo alcanzado. Hoteles en Mansonia: Este hotel de tamaño humano es de aproximadamente 110 habitaciones, muy bien situado junto a la avenue des Thermes. Deco antiguo pero limpio. Nuestra habitación ”comfort” en el tercer piso con balcón era perfectamente correcta (lit metalico con matlas límite bastante espesor). Bañera muy bien. Jardín árboles maravillosos y tranquilos. Piscina limpia con agua térmica 37 grados agradable (falta de jets individuales y una bicicleta acuática.) Sala de deporte inexistente. Sala de comer y personal increíble. Cocina copiante, variada pero de calidad media (pez de ganadería sin sabor). Cure de boue et bains d’ozone : super et personnel très agréable. Masaje thérapeutique de 13mn et 29mn fabuleux avec M. Vitaliano. Inhalación: muy eficaz pero no hay personal de asistencia. Bicicletas disponibles (1 o 2 bicicletas hombres o personas de gran tamaño sería bienvenido). Estacionamiento del vehículo parcialmente cubierto. En resumen: personal muy agradable y cuidadoso. Qualité des soins parfaits. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour passer des vacances avec des jeunes car peu ou pas d'activité et clientèle âgé qui a besoin de calme).Hôtel *** bon rapport qualité prix.

A mio avviso questa struttura vale per la qualità del cibo (complimenti quindi anche allo chef) e per la cordialità e giovialità (non sempre scontate) dello staff: dalle signore che si occupano delle camere, al personale di sala, alla reception. Le signore delle camere, oltre ad essere estremamente premuorose, effettuano pulizie ”vere” durante l'intero soggiorno e non un semplice riassetto giornaliero: ogni sera mi sembrava di essere appena entrata in una camera non ancora utilizzata. E questo è un aspetto fondamentale per godersi il soggiorno in totale relax. Molto carina la mia stanza con terrazzino. Gianni (zona colazione/ristorante) è stato un prezioso dispensatore di consigli sulle attrazioni della zona, oltre ad avermi sempre prestato un occhio di riguardo durante i pasti. La reception mi ha assistito con garbo e professionalità durante le fasi della prenotazione perché sono abituata a fare viaggi, non semplici vacanze e non in questo tipo di strutture. Qualche sorriso anche da parte loro - sempre molto seriose e sciuramente molto professionali - non guasterebbe... Da migliorare decisamente però la zona delle terme ed il parco, poco curato nella parte laterale (quella senza i lettini). Niente da obiettare sulla piscina molto ampia (zona interna collegata a quella esterna), ma la SPA è totalmente inesistente: due cabine con aroma terapia e tre lettini riscaldati in una minuscola stanza dove in più di 3 o 4 non si riesce a sostare in contemporanea, rispetto invece alla grandezza dello spazio esterno che potrebbe essere sfruttato maggiormente: thalasso terapia, bagni turchi, sanarium, vasche per percorso kneipp, vasche idromassaggio, saune e - perché no? - qualche attrezzo da palestra tipo tapis roulant ed ellittiche, sorattutto per offrire ai clienti più servizi dove trascorrere il tempo oltre alla sola piscina (ad uso gratuito ma dove è sconsigliato trattenersi a lungo) ed ai vari trattamenti, tutti a pagamento. Se non mi fossi organizzata con attività esterne alla struttura mi sarei annoiata a morte in quei soli tre giorni. Complimenti però all'impronta che la proprietà ha dato al personale in termini di accoglienza e cura dell'ospite.

El mejor hotel en Abano Terme! Fuego de 8 años me quedé allí! Fantástico personal! ¡Tienes que ir a entenderlo! Altamente recomendado! Super delicioso comida, habitación limpia, zona de spa es increíble! ¡Siempre volveré ahí porque para mí es un lugar mágico, gracias!

Días de relajación. Piscina maravillosa con muchos lugares de hidromasaje. espacios amplios y tan luminosos que en caso de mal tiempo no se notará, tanto es la luz que emite este Hotel. Silencio en los momentos de descanso. El menú es amplio y diría de calidad. Mucha elección en el buffet, y dessert. Restaurante y habitaciones bien curadas. La diferencia cmq en mi opinión es el personal. Gentil, disponible y realmente pacientes. En la sala, en la recepción, bar, piscina y habitaciones. En la base creo que hay una cierta filosofía. La atención del cliente. Muchos de nosotros, además de los numerosos servicios ofrecidos, conservan un recuerdo de familiaridad y humanidad de esta estructura. El país también va a seguir gracias a estas personas. Es bueno decirlo a veces. Felicidades y gracias a todos por el hotel All'Alba.

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.
