El edificio del hotel es antiguo, la decoración muy clásica. Pero la dirección del hotel no entiende lo que pasa o no entiende bien como hay que llevar el hotel de este categoría y precio. El personal de limpieza te puede robar el paquete grande de Louis Vuitton o pendientes de 15000 euros (es el caso de mis amigos que han hospedado en este hotel hasta inicio de junio). Hemos pedido lavar la ropa del niño de 3 años (pantalones cortos y camisetas) y nos han hecho pagar casi 300 euros cobrando a precios de la ropa de adultos y 50% por urgencia que no fue solicitada. Tampoco recomiendo el restaurante del hotel- precios exagerados para lo que te ponen. La única persona que me hace recordar algo bueno de la estancia es Julia que trabaja en la Recepciòn, siempre intentaba ayudar y solucionar y hasta intentaba devolver una parte de dinero por lavar la ropa del niño - el cargo por urgencia pero los jefes aman mas el dinero que la reputación. Nunca mas voy a venir a este hotel.

First impression is somehow modest. Still, you get used to it and then you see that it is clean (I believe they are changing the sheets every other day), the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to the beach (you would better choose Bagno Amore instead of what they recommend - even with the discount - Bagno Elisabetta - a bit cheaper and more space next to the water to play). If the weather is nice, the breakfast is on the roof (which is super nice). Some enhancements could be done: a more diversely breakfast, management could see some things that need to be addressed such as part self service breakfast to reduce frustration, shower space and shower hose not only shower head, extra space in the bathroom for toothbrush, nicer light fixtures and so on. All in all, the price is fair for what you get.

Hoteles en: Este hotel está situado en una ubicación óptima. A unos 15 minutos a pie del centro con paso normal, y cómodo para acceder a la autopista. Habitaciones con decoración sencilla pero con todos los confortes. También dispone de aparcamiento privado, que durante el período de nuestra estancia estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación . Se ha hecho recientemente una renovación de habitaciones y partes comunes (salas, desayunos, bares, etc...) que ha hecho el hotel moderno y elegante. Dos puntos especialmente positivos sobre los que me interesa, Son la limpieza, que se trata en los mínimos detalles y la profesionalidad de todo el personal. Vincenzo Botta, que forma parte del personal del hotel, siempre se ha puesto a disposición para cualquier necesidad, siempre demostrando la altura de la situación. Como el personal de la recepción, siempre cuidadoso, educado y amable. En cuanto al desayuno se trata de un tipo continental de excelente calidad y variedad. Sin duda le recomendaría a quien viene a Lucca para unos días de vacaciones o para trabajo.

El B&B está situado justo fuera de las paredes de la antigua ciudad, lo que hace que el acceso sea muy fácil y rápido. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. El propietario permitió el acceso ilimitado y el uso de la zona de cocina, que estaba bien equipada y nos dio la opción de hospedar artículos en la nevera o el uso de una microondas o un horno. Hasta había jabón y zumo/cerveza que se dejaron en el frigorífico para que los residentes tomaran, que mi esposa y yo pensamos que era un bella beneficio adicional. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, pero puede que tenga que comprobar su disponibilidad durante la temporada de pico por razones obvias. Nos quedaríamos felizmente aquí otra vez.

Excellent stay. Great location on the square with a carousel and ice skating rink outside our window. Nice rooms (we stayed in #102). BIG breakfast and fantastic dinner at their in-house restaurant ”Legacy”. BTW: Lucca is a great base camp for day trips to Cinque Terre and Pisa. Easy trains to navigate. Easy walk from train to hotel. Special shout outs to Manuel (front desk), Mare, William, Maria Pia, Michela, Venessa, Alessandro, Azzure, and Ricardo (Dinner host in lobby - we had pumpkin ravioli and local Frantoiano soup). Special, special thanks to Manuel for making our (4) nights stay wonderful by answering all our questions and giving some great travel advice too. Be sure to try the lobby restaurant ”Legacy” one evening. 5/5 stars

Reservamos una noche en hotel, para visitar Lucca, en itinerario desde Florencia, prepagada. Hotel situado a la salida de autopista, en nudo de carreteras a 4,5 km de centro ciudad piazza San Mateo, Rodeado de parking propio entre Macdonalds y comercio Eurospin con más parkings y contenedores. Impropio que en búsquedas páginas web se publicite como hotel con encanto Instalaciones anticuadas que resisten difícilmente calificación de hotel de 2* aunque el precio sea de 4* Habitación asignada no funciona aire acondicionado, con temperatura exterior de 38 grados. Colchón viejo con grosor de colchoneta impropio para dormir. Solicitamos en recepción cambio de habitación indicándonos imposibilidad por estar completo. Ante insistencia nos indican que nos dan otra habitación (ahora si) que presenta la misma deficiencia de aire y colchones. Comentamos en recepción y los encargados nos indican que el mal funcionamiento del aire afecta a todas las instalaciones del hotel y los colchones. Que presentemos queja porque no somos los primeros y ellos lo comunican constantemente Ante esta situación solicitamos cancelación reserva y devolución del importe Hecha la consulta, nos es denegada Resignados dejamos equipaje en habitación sin ocuparla, pasando el día completo fuera Al volver a las 23:00 a dormir, al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos una cucaracha corriendo por encima de la cama que se sube por la cortina. Con asco y ante esta falta de higiene volvemos a recepción decididos a abandonar el hotel. Solicitamos hoja de reclamación local o de la cadena hotelera y nos comentan no disponer de ninguna. Se ofrecen a comentar a través de un correo interno la situación dándonos copia, ofreciéndose a tratar de eliminar la cucaracha, y que durmamos en el hotel ya que nos va a ser imposible encontrar a esas horas otro hotel?? Como es posible dormir en estas condiciones? Abandonamos el hotel de medianoche sin rumbo, haciendo el check out si haber llegado a hacer uso de la habitación en ningún momento salvo para dejar la maleta. Hecha reclamación posterior al servicio de atención a cliente y calidad de la cadena Eurostars, la respuesta recibida son unas disculpas y un upgrade para futuras reservas??? Impropio de una cadena hotelera ofertar instalaciones que no se corresponden con categoría ofertada, recibir esta atención y cobrar con descaro por un servicio no prestado
