Just back from a week at Calheta Beach. Absolutely fabulous hotel. The beds are just so comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. I became unwell and the receptionist had a taxi ordered for me in seconds and within an hour I was sorted. The staff are amazing. It’s so beautiful with stunning views . Breakfast and lunch were very good unfortunately I can’t say the same for dinner I’m not a fish eater and found the meat options limited and the steak skewers were really tough. The chefs own choice night was lovely. Also found the snacks very limited especially if you have children . In saying that I will most definitely return it’s one of the most beautiful places we have visited . Thank you all 😀👍🏻

Un hermoso hotel de playa que es perfecto para las caminatas románticas y una alternativa más barata, aunque aún de lujo, a los hoteles estándar de 5 estrellas. El hotel está muy lejos del centro de la estripa/ciudad y los precios de los taxis no son muy baratos en Madeira. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y impresionantes, muy bien valer con una gran selección de desayuno buffet y un montón de restaurantes/opciones para cenar. En general, un estupendo estancia con un personal muy amigable, sin embargo, si usted está buscando hacer una gran visita en Madeira, este hotel no es la mejor opción a menos que se deja una cantidad significativa para viajar.

Simplesmente Extraordinario. Dificil descrever uma experiencia otima como esta. Estar num hotel com a mesma sensação de estar no nosso lar. Estivemos lá na ultima semana de Julho de 2022. Vista para a praia da Ponta do Sol e a 3/4 minutos da conhecida Cascata dos Anjos. Uma piscina interior aquecida de sonho. Higiene otima, staff muito simpatico e prestável, serviço de muita qualidade e personalizado, não deixaram falhar nada, muita variedade de comida nos buffets inclusive a comida regional da Madeira. Sem dúvida, quero voltar a este hotel de férias para disfrutar das maravilhas desta ilha e deste hotel com a minha família! It is difficult to describe an excellent experience like this. Being in a hotel with the same feeling of being at home. We were there the last week of July 2022. Direct view of Ponta do Sol beach and 3/4 minutes from the famous Cascata dos Anjos. A dreamy indoor heated pool. Great hygiene, very friendly and helpful staff, high quality and personalized service, they didn't miss a thing, a lot of variety of food in the buffets including the regional food of Madeira. Without a doubt, I want to return to this hotel to enjoy the wonders of this island and this hotel with my family! Fui razonable 3 de 5 porque como elegimos una habitación estaba esperando k era 1 cama de pareja en lugar de 2 individuos. La red WiFi ni comentario nunca había señal de red en el kuarto cuando llamaba desligaba después unos segundos e incluso en el restaurante cuando tomaba el pekeno almuerzo.El pekeno almuerzo fue bueno el restaurante con vistas al mar y el kuarto también se encontraba Llego limpio cuando llegamos y me gustaba mucho la balcón del Kuarto.

He visitado este hotel antes de la reciente renovación y me gustaría saber sobre estos cambios. ¡Estoy muy sorprendido! Me gusta mucho el concepto abierto de recepción, bar, restaurante y su decoración. Destaqué los cambios realizados en la habitación: decoración, confort y facilidades extra (té, café, champagne y minibar). Me gusta la piscina construida en la terraza y sus alrededores. El desayuno es genial y me gusta la idea del menú de la cena. El personal es muy amable y atento. ¡Felicidades! ! ! 💖

No podría decir nada malo de este alojamiento, es perfecto desde cualquier punto de vista. La cama es comodísima, las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación son espectaculares, el recibimiento por parte de los empleados es genial y todo se encuentra muy limpio y nuevo. Sin duda repetiría!
