La isla de Praslin es un hotel de primera clase, el campo de golf, el jardín, el restaurante son geniales, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son buenas, el servicio es de primera clase, la ceremonia de bienvenida es muy conmovedora, todos los aspectos son impecables, tres playas son demasiado hermosas, especialmente G La playa azul gelatina es demasiado hermoso, solo quedarse por un corto tiempo, ¡debe quedarse unos días más la próxima vez!

In summary, we found this hotel location to be quite isolated and some of the staff very rigid in approach to customer service. It was like the staff saw everything as black and white no ability what so ever to be flexible, it was across the board so it gives the impression that attitude is coming from management. Please see some examples below: 1. Bus shuttle - We had 3 nights at this hotel. We were on our honeymoon (also known to the hotel.) As soon we arrived we were keen to get to the beach. So we asked did we need to book in on the hotel advertised shuttle. Well forget it if to get there through any assistance of this hotel….. We arrived on a Wednesday morning and the next shuttle going was Friday. We were told we could not go on it because it was already booked out…. For context the main beach is 45 minutes away. We were added to a waiting list and we never heard back. I think this is outrageous. Surely most travelling to this island want to go to the beach? And for us to have arrived and it’s already booked out, you would think the hotel would surely do shuttles some more days if there was this much demand especially due to the remote location. It looked very cheap on the hotels behalf. Or at the very least pre warn customers when booking the accom to book the beach shuttle before arrival? 2. Car rental - On the note of communication from the staff, we had one day left on the island and rented a car from the hotel for 9.30. So we got up had our breakfast and were ready to go for this time. Reception staff could see us waiting and no car arriving. Once again there was just no communication from the reception, it was constantly us going up to them to which they would say “10 more mins”, “15 more mins”…… and every time duration would pass by 10 mins before once again WE would have to go up to them to ask for an update. This went on for nearly an hour and a half…… We fully accept if an external car company has not shown up the hotel has limited capability to control this. But they do fully control their reaction. They should have been chasing the car company they recommended and they made the booking with instead of us chasing them to chase the company. It was extremely annoying to have to keep going up to prompt them when they can see us sitting there and it is clearly miles beyond the last time they gave us. 1 and a half hours wasted when you only have a few days on an island is actually a lot. Plus, just getting up early and being ready and standing there with constant false times actually is just a really irritating start to your day too. While the staff were looking at us sitting there hot and bothered for so long waiting, you think they would even so much as offer a drink of juice or water? 3. Using a snorkel - As discussed above, our days plan was now messed up and delayed at the car company the hotel booked faults. We originally planned to be back at the hotel before 16:00 to use the snorkels…. 16:09 return back and go down to the s

Las instalaciones del hotel, tanto en las áreas públicas como en las habitaciones, son muy buenas, superando con creces las expectativas. La decoración del patio es muy especial, con un pequeño puente de agua corriente, una fuente escultórica, un estanque de peces koi, etc. La habitación deluxe es un edificio de nueva construcción. La decoración interior es muy de diseño. Los ventiladores se controlan a distancia. Hay sillas colgantes de jaula de pájaros en el balcón. Buena ubicación, justo al lado de Cote Dor, la playa más larga y mejor de la isla de Praslin. El bar restaurante tiene asientos frente al mar, columpios, etc. El paisaje debe ser excelente cuando hace buen tiempo. Fue solo que fuimos en época de lluvias y llovió durante dos días consecutivos. Pre-ordene el desayuno y la cena, delicados y deliciosos. excelente servicio. La mayoría de los invitados son europeos y estadounidenses, y hay menos chinos. La desventaja es que las almohadas son un poco altas, la cama cruje al darse la vuelta y la calidad del sueño se ve afectada.

Decidí quedarme en el Hotel Raffles porque en mi último viaje a Seychelles quería visitar 3 hoteles y pasar tiempo en cada isla. Para la selección en la isla de Praslin, estuvieron: Constance Lemuria y Raffles. Raffles fue elegido por tener una piscina en la villa. Generalmente, el complejo está muy concurrido en términos de número de villas e invitados. A pesar de que el servicio hace todo lo posible, no puedo calificar a nadie más que al gerente principal del complejo, Salwa Razzouk. Pero para empezar, la ubicación del complejo cuenta con 6/10, la calidad de las villas: 7/10, no son tan lujosas como las villas Anantara Maia o Six senses o Four Seasons. La piscina de inmersión de la villa es muy pequeña. Playa de tamaño mínimo, una de las peores en Seychelles que he visto en mi vida, 6/10. Desafortunadamente, la comida también decepcionó mucho - no recomiendo completamente las ”noches temáticas de comida” - la calidad de la comida que se sirve está por debajo de las críticas - en general, la comida en este hotel estaba al nivel de un hotel de 3 estrellas en Egipto (I nunca he estado en un hotel así). lugar 7/10, probablemente no volveremos a este lugar, el último hotel que tengo que ver en esta isla es Lemuria, ya hemos sido Chateau Des Feueiles.

Acajou es un gran hotel! Muy limpios habitaciones con interior acogedor. Nice territorio verde con buena piscina y acceso a la costa del mar. Hay varios restaurantes en el hotel con delicioso alimento y agradable servicio. El desayuno bufé es muy delicioso. El personal muestra una gran hospitalidad, especialmente que nos gustaría marcar el trabajo de Eranda, Aruna y Amila. El hotel Acajou es un hotel muy agradable y es muy agradable.

Vivimos aquí por 5 noches en tratamiento de pensión media ( desayuno+ cena), nos encontrábamos muy bien. Al llegar PJ, un niño filipino que trabaja en Chez Bea (casi todo lo que maneja), nos ha venido a tomar en el aeropuerto con nuestro coche de alquiler. Llegamos a Chez Bea nos ofreció una bebida de bienvenida y nos apresuró todas las prácticas para el check-in en el hotel y para el coche de alquiler. Al mediodía comenzamos el tour de la isla con nuestro coche que, desgraciadamente, se rompe. En un par de horas PJ ya nos había traído un auto de sustitución. Nuestra habitación, en el piso de la tierra, era grande y espacioso. El desayuno se sirve directamente a la mesa y incluye un plato de fruta, pan tostado con mantequilla y marmelada y algunas piadosas saladas. Cuando PJ se dio cuenta de que no comemos comida salada por la mañana, nos puso más pan o brioches que los demás huéspedes. Las cenas, siempre cocinadas por PJ, fueron deliciosas, cada noche cambió la compasión y también fue muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Las últimas dos noches preguntamos si podíamos tener el pescado y él fue a tomar el pescado del día fresco y nos cocinaron dos peces maravillosos. Recuerdo para siempre su salada con el pescado marinado, DA VOLLAR VIA!!! Muy bonita también la piscina, no muy grande, pero excelente para un último baño de regreso de la playa. Muy amable también el resto del personal, sobre todo las dos chicas que se ocupaban de las habitaciones y el desayuno. La limpieza es la única pena ... el baño no era muy limpio y en la habitación había tapices muy sucios. En cualquier caso nos encontramos muy bien y le recomendamos Chez Bea a todos los viajeros que buscan confort y buena comida. Es excelente la posición central desde la que son fácilmente accesibles a ambos lados de la isla.
