My spouse, my friends, and I stayed 2 nights for Canada Day weekend at Mama Shelter prague. It's in a great location, short transit to old Town Prague with multiple ways of getting there. Bolt, scooters, tram, or even walking works as well. Staff was friendly, except for when we got back to our hotel room on Saturday night. The door was left open by house keeping and luckily nothing was stolen. A woman staff member at the front didn't believe what I told her, so we showed her and said something would be done about it. Upon checking out, there were no notes, and nothing was done. So definitely a lack of professionalism by the night staff. Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. It's a buffet and is open from 7am to 1030am most days. Food was fresh and 0 issues. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was okay, but could've been better. 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. So it was a comfortable stay for us. Overall, definitely worth the money you pay to have everything included. I still believe the hotel parking should be included into the price like in North America.

It was a really comfortable stay! The rooms were clean and had a good AC. The front desk workers were really friendly and polite towards us. The breakfast was ok, I think worth the money we paid. If you’re looking for a wide variety of breakfast items, this might not be for you. The hotel is in a quiet area but very close to the tram stop. You can travel to the city center with ease. Over all the stay was really good and worth all the money. I really recommend this hotel!

A friend I spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst visiting another friend and seeing the sights in Prague. In terms of location, the hotel is a little out of the main centre (15 min walk approx). However it still feels very central due to how large Prague is and sprawls out. The hotel is not dated but doesn’t seem particularly modern either. It has a very simplistic feel. Staff are polite in the reception upon arrival. It has a very small lobby area with seating, vending machines and toilets hidden away. This area could get crowded easily. The rooms themselves are basic. They are clean and tidy, have decent beds, a small desk and a wardrobe. Numerous charging sockets are available which is nice and there is a TV. Unfortunately, there is no safe or mini fridge which did feel like a small hindrance. The bathroom is not spacious but is once again clean and tidy. Towels are replenished daily and small toiletries are provided. The hotel offers breakfast which was included within our booking. The breakfast is very basic. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and some boiled eggs is all it has to offer. However, the coffee and drinks machines were in good working order and the staff worked hard. Overall, this hotel offers a simple, easy and affordable stay in Prague. You get what you pay for but I was satisfied with the overall value. The additions of a safe, mini fridge and a more comprehensive breakfast would pay dividends though.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

Estaba en este hotel a finales de julio de 2022. El hotel era muy limpio y único costo que se construye con diseño de edificios bancarios. Otro personal, una dama mayor de la habitación (al parecer la supervisora) vino con más sonrisa. Estaba muy satisfecho con la habitación y la limpieza. Le doy 5 estrellas de 5 y 9/10. Debe probar este hotel una vez que haya llegado a Praga 1. Muy recomendado.

Algo que debes tener en cuenta en los hoteles europeos es que muchos hoteles europeos no permiten la estancia de niños, si necesitas traer niños para alojarte debes informarles con antelación, hay habitaciones especiales para niños y los precios serán más. caro. La habitación está bien. Los hoteles europeos están limpios y ordenados. Bañ**** es muy incómodo. Es una bañera con sólo la mitad del vaso. El agua del baño a veces está fría. Hacía mucho calor y no había agua potable en la habitación. Todos son pagos adicionales. Es una ciudad turística, así que es comprensible, pero el hotel incluye desayuno, lo cual está bien. Hay pros y contras, pero en general es más rentable. Las cinco estrellas son por la velocidad de respuesta del servicio al cliente y la velocidad de resolución de problemas de Ctrip, y el hotel otorga 3 estrellas.

Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato del personal del hotel. Son todos muy amables y serviciales. Quiero destacar y reconocer la ayuda y amabilidad del Sr. Lázaro, el cual siempre nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos (habla varios idiomas). El hotel está situado junto a una entrada de metro, que en unos 15 minutos te acerca a los primeros sitios de interés. El hotel es moderno y sus instalaciones de ocio (piscina, boliche/bolos) están muy bien. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Nosotros viajamos con un bebé y el servicio de cuna en la habitación es bueno. El desayuno es muy completo aunque tardan mucho en reponer cuando algo se acaba. Seguro que volveríamos a este hotel! Gracias a todo el personal!

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

El hotel no se destaca por la simpatía de su personal. La limpieza de las habitaciones es nula, solo doblaron el nórdico y lo colocan sobre la cama sin ni siquiera estirar la sabana y de 2 papeleras, solo vaciaron la del baño. Me dio la impresión que no habían limpiado nada por ver detalles sin limpiar (baño). El buffet estaba bastante bien con mucha variedad y personal pendiente de limpiar y reponer. Facilidad de movimiento con la parada de tranvía justo delante. Ideal para estar todo el día fuera.

El hotel está situado en una buena ubicación cerca del metro. Un delicioso desayuno con una amplia variedad de comida y panadería. El personal del hotel ayudó a imprimir gratis lo que necesito , por lo que estoy agradecido. El hotel también puede organizar visitas en Praga. La elección del hotel es satisfactoria.
