Staff was wonderful - Very accommodating! The renovations are almost done. Rooms are clean and very modern. Will definitely stay again!

The front desk so nice. I was able to get a room facing the Hudson River. We also got cookies when we checked in. The hotel is in process of reno. Our room was updated and great

Wanted late check as it was advertised as free they said no late check today Also parking garage had zero lights after fist level but no open spots on that level.

They have just changed over to a Hilton so there are some construction areas but the staff were super friendly and I had the best garlic Parmesan wings I’ve ever had!!

Remodeling looks great! Parking situation could use some improvement when convention center is hosting events

This Doubletree is being renovated and I understand that but the renovation does not seem to be managed in any meaningful/efficient manor. We requested a room with a view and the windows were filthy, so dirty you could not see out of them. The staff was pleasant.

I really want to say nice things about the hotel but the restaurant honestly ruined our stay. The following is a complaint about the restaurant and not the hotel necessarily itself. We drove up after our wedding for a comedy show next door which started at 8. We checked in and went downstairs to order food around 6:40. The people near us were complaining about the wait (over an hour). It took them about 20 min to take our order. We were never served by our waiter not even water or our drinks. After about half an hour I went to the bar to get water wine and a beer as we wait. Around 8 pm, we were told it’s almost ready. I ordered another wine from the bar. At 8:10 we were told one meal was ready but the other wasn’t. At this point, we were already late to the show. I said I would take the meal that’s ready. We waited an additional TEN minutes and never saw the waiter again. I stopped at the bar and told the bartender we were 20 minutes late and been waiting almost 2 hrs and to let them know we left. After the show we went back to sit and order dinner from Uber eats. They came up to us and accused us of walking out on the bill (a bill we never saw as we never even saw a glass of water from them). I went straight to the woman who checked us in at the front desk who apologized and removed the wine and beer from the bar bill which I already charged to the room. She felt badly and I appreciated her but the whole experience was awful because of their restaurant unfortunately.
