Lucia snd Cristiana emailed us weeks before arrival and asked how they could help getting us from Rome to Positano. Their team was very responsive and helpful. When we arrived Lucia recommended visiting Amalfi and Capri and advised us how to get there. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view of the plaza. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and the port where you can board ferries to nearby towns. The staff cleans the rooms everyday, which is not as common these days. Lucia helped us book a private car to Naples. For those with lots of time you can take the ferry to Naples or a bus to Sorrento. Schedules are subject to change though. Great service, location, and value. Will book again! P.s., to get to Positano, you can take a train from FCO to Rome Termini, then a second train to Naples Centrale. Instead of taking a third train to Sorrento then taking a bus to Positano, which could cost you half a day, you can book a private car from the tourist information center in Naples Centrale. It can drive you directly to your hotel in Positano for about €170, depending on where you’ll be dropped off in town.
