The carpets in the room are filled with excess dust, as soon as you enter a room whether it be at 2nd or 7th floor, the carpet needs some serious attention ASAP! All in all love the complimentary breakfasts.

First of all, don’t know if it is worth writing a review as similar reviews from customers have been aired for many months or few years now but changes have not been made by the hotel management, which defeats the purpose of writing a review. The 3 main things I have continued encountering while staying have been mentioned multiple times over the years but no changes have done by the hotel management: 1. Unserviceable lift for a very long time no 2. Very bad odour in the lift 3. Room service delivered in boxes making it not a pleasant experience especially when trying to cut a steak. Apart from these 3 main continued concerns, overall the hotel accommodation is good and affordable.

When we arrived there，two elevators are not work. We can only use the dirty and inconvenient staff one.

The service was amazing, the staff are friendly and approachable. The room is clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very practical as well. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, it had a wonderful selection.

It is a good stay for short time as they have the airport shuttle bus

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great service. Love staying there. Only difficulty is no eateries around so either get on a cab or drive out or order within the hotel.

Excellent location, close to covid lab so you can do your test before flight. Has beautiful garden inside and it is safe. Good wiffi connection. Will return one day!

Tiny room space

Location of hotel was great. However, the house keeping was not reliable had to wait 2 hours before check in when we arrived and towels, floor mats and milk were not replenished after cleaning. Staff were very friendly and helpful but housekeeping was a let down.

I recently stayed here on a business trip and had a disappointing experience. The overall quality of the hotel was ok although we had a hotel-wide water problem in one of the days during my 5 days stay but the staff were helpful and responsive. That's about the only good thing so far because my worst experience came only after I checked out. I was charged for a lunch I did NOT have. The time stamp on the charges that went to my credit card bill was way after I checked out of the hotel. Trying to reach the hotel team for clarification was a real NIGHTMARE. I got transferred to different people who has zero clue until I spoke to this one back office employee, HT, who said that she will speak to the related party and would let me know the update. She gave me her direct email address and line. I tried to reach her via email three times and got zero response. I called her direct line and guess what? Got declined. So I tried calling the reception again. Twice. Same thing, "let me check and get back to you" then nothing happens. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars to make these useless international phone calls to them. They should pay me back. But hey what a stretch, they don't even pick up your phone call. Whenever possible stay away from this place unless you want to get mysterious lunch charges in your card.
