Pacific Sunset View Palolem

I booked this room purely based on YouTube reviews and Agoda recommendations. Location: 2/5 The approach to the resort is a nightmare—a narrow road with provision for only one car to pass at a time. The parking area is so dingy, you would not get sleep thinking about your vehicle. Restaurant: Amazing pictures by Agoda stating that you get the best views and amazing food. Sadly they closed it before we arrived for the off-season Room: Mediocre room with bad interiors. If someone walks in front of your room, the whole floor starts to shake, thanks to the makeshift wooden rooms being sold as premium rooms Staff: I can't comment because they already left for their off-season break and only one person was available. Why you should stay away: 1. Agoda sells this property as premium but there will be absolutely zero assistance provided by them in case you run into trouble. 2. Premium rooms: We were 2 adults and 1 kid of 6 years old. Agoda recommended this room saying it would be sufficient for 3 people and you know what I had to get an extra bed and sleep on the floor. Fun fact - i was given a moist extra bed when asked for it. Because it rained the day before so the bed is wet. I would defiantly not be visiting this property again and neither forget Agoda's help when we were stuck at this property. Agoda customer care stated that they need 72 hours to provide a resolution to my issues and guess what I had booking with the property exactly for 3 nights. You want to go ahead and stay here, be my guest BUT you would recall my words when you experience it first hand. Cheers!

Every effort was made to make our stay wonderful. They even arranged a cake for my birthday! The staff are a real credit. They are kind and welcoming. The location is just incredible. Quiet with its own small bay. Stunning views and lovely gardens. So so clean! The restaurant is what sets this apart. By far the best place I’ve eaten in Goa.

Love this place and the guys who ***age it! Directly on the beach on our own little cove, close to Palolem and Patnem. We came off season with perfect weather and stayed for 3 weeks. Simple but clean huts. Good food and really nice and helpful staff. We will be back soon!

It was a nice, beautiful, wonderful, excellent trip to south goa nd we stayed at Pacific view hotel. Though we cant meet the owner of the hotel but over phone the person is really very good on conversation. Its not to hype the hotel nd their rating but really speaking the hotel nd owner is really fabulous. I would also say that the restaurant is unique. The 4 persons who are brothers also are managing the restaurant and very very polite though we gone off season. The view from restaurant is awesome… just awesome u will say. One thing I would tell is lack of room space what we observed nd also so much blood given to mosquito 🦟 bite. For that mosquito hotel would have to do something. Otherwise everything is just awesome.

Akshay and sandeep were excellent with there food and cocktails service where as subodh was perfect for taking care of stay in rooms also food menu is customisable and akshay made perfect martini for and negronis for us Great experience overall

With a great pleasure I would like to share with my impressions about our vocation at the " Pacific Sunset view resort" located very close to the Palolem beach, state Goa. Me and my husband stayed there for few days in the end of March, 2022. This resort is a quiet, cosy and divine by its beauty place. All this complex is a "three -tiered territory", with several guest-houses ( like bungalow) provided with all necessary facilities : comfortable bed, clean bed linen, specious room and bath room, rather big balcony with a sofa and an arm chair. And the view! The view from its balcony, how they say , costs a million dollars. The whole area of the guest complex is perfectly thought out and organized. The cosy restaurant "is lifted " on the second tier, thanks to that there is a " taking breath away view" on the ocean there. The menu is very good , diverse and the prices are very reasonable. The quality of the meal, its serving and order time are immaculate. The kitchen house is built a little bit aside and it is very reasonable. The same can be said about the household unit - hidden from an eye. The territory is cosy, tidy and there are a lot of plants and trees around. The staff is very friendly and polite, they speak English and how it must be they are invisible and unobtrusive, but appear any moment when you need them. The ocean is just in "two steps" - the fabulous bay with ***y huge cobblestones as if fairytale giants... and, certainly the white sand allowing to enter the water easily. The bay is bordered by a small hill. The long and very nice Palolem beach is just over it. You can rent here a scooter, a bike, to buy a sea trip by boat etc... No doubt it is better to visit this place from November till February - the best comfortable season. But we were very pleased in March, too. Before coming we were scared that it would be ***y moscitos, but fortunately they did not bother us at all. There is no fridge, kettle and AC in the room ( only 2 fans) But as for fridge and kettle- we could easily lived without them as the restaurant was open from 8 a. m. till 10 p. m without a brеаk (!) and you can order anything what you want any time and it can be delivered into your room. As for air condition- also it was ok to have only 2 fans. And there was the adequate reason not to install AC in such rooms- the big doors-windows are constantly opened because of the divine view, so AC could be broken immediately. And what the evenings are there! It is something delightfull- the freshness comes together with the Sunset making everything charming , ro***tic and comfortable. There are some more small and cosy guests houses nearby in that bay. But everything is very compact and nice. One more very important detail about this place - it is safety here. You can walk freely everywhere. As for food, fruit, vegetables- there is the local rather cheap market not far - just 20 minutes walking ( or you can take a moto riksha) . Finishing
