Check in process and the ppl at the front desk were friendly. Our room had an electronic blind which didn’t work. We also chose that place for the indoor pool and hot tub but it wasn’t working until really late that night so we didn’t get to use it. Also, the toilet plugged super easy with minimal tp and the maintenance guy just handed us the plunger and asked if we could get it because he’s too busy. If they wanted us to do that, they should leave plungers in the rooms so we didn’t have to call.
