I'll start off with a few of the good things about the hotel before listing the poor things. The view from the room was too die for. You couldn't beat it, absolutely amazing. The staff were always helpful whenever we needed anything so have no quarrells with that one either. The pool facilities there are also great, one of the best pools I've actually ever used, the sun loungers are a bit dated but they're good enough! However, the steps... You'll read about this in most of the reviews. If you have any disabilities, this is not the hotel for you. We counted over 150 steps you have to go up for our room, now if you plan on doing the pool, then lunch, then dinner, these steps do mount up. "There's lifts!", there are two lifts which do help, however, one of them is broken and by reading other reviews, has been for over a year. We were actually lead into the first broken lift by an employee and was stuck in there in the heat for 15 minutes before being let out by another employee. I'm not sure if this is just a european thing, but I do feel obliged to mention these two things. The beds are rock solid, if you're british and used to a lovely soft bed, forget what you know because these are something different. We woke up aching some days. Another small gripe and again, seems to be a greece in general thing, 'Don't flush the toilet roll down the toilet, use the bin next to you', first of all, how disgusting to have a bin full of excrement, I'm sure you can guess what we did, flushed it. We went down for breakfast every day at roughly 8:30-9AM, there's a wide selection, but all the hot meal items were cold, every single time. Such a shame, I did report this but alas, no change. There's so much potential with this hotel and definetely was not the worst hotel to stay at, but there's much better out there.
