Lovely pool with swim up bar, great Long Island Ice Tea! Room nice with decent size balcony. All in great for the price. Staff very nice

Very good location, with the beach just across the street and a vast variety of restaurants within walking distance (both local and international cuisines). Breakfast was ok, pools ok as well.

Unfortunately, it’s not 5 star hotel. It might be so 20 years ago or so. Everything is old, rusty, partly moldy. The only thing we liked is the location. Pool is dirty, breakfast is average. I believe for this price you can find much better choice.

Got an upgrade room to Pool access room, 5108. Splendid stay!!! Loved every moment. Both pools are super great. Very close to beach, shops, stalls, and 7/11. THe best food and service was from Kai & Layla's foodstall on the beach.

I had stayed in this hotel for about a week.
First day, late evening electricity was gone for the entire floor. I waited till 2am in the morning then they fixed a few rooms. The coming days, I could see the engineer still trying to fix the other rooms on the same floor.
Later I changed my room type… to be honest the price difference was not much. But you would get better and bigger room.
However, the room they assigned me was very dirty. I could dust everywhere and the toilet went yellow becus nobody was using it for a while.
Mosquitoes flying around… so I went to reception and asked them to take care of it… about 1 hour later they sent someone…
When I checked out… they asked me to wait till the check the room for “a few mins” which turned out almost an hour… I was waiting with the other guests… but no one said anything. So I asked them what I was waiting for… there were nothing in the room… what could we take from it that worth the waiting?
Staffs are very nice in general, but the way they deal with situation is so so old school.

Our mood got down because of the attitude of the receptions when we arrived at the hotel. They were sitting like they are at their home couch and chit chatting. Don't show any respect to a new guest coming.
Overall, amenities and room cleanliness are good. But not the best. Close to the beach and nearby market. For one night, it's okay for the money. But never come again to this hotel.

Great location, good offer for price-quality. Very welcome and nice staff. Good breakfast. Pool easy access and the hotel offered souvenirs after check out, very thoughtful! Highly recommended. Good locations with a lot of restaurants and shops around.

As having 5 stars I expected the experience. The room was full of mosquitos, sound of fridge and outdoor AC unit gives you impression of airplane landing. The hotel is not om the beach front although claims ir in the name.
