The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apar**ents so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

房間很乾凈，服務特別特別好！
我兒子在吃早飯的時候不舒服，可能前一天旅途奔波有些累，他從早餐餐廳一路吐到大堂洗手間，服務人員沒有任何責備，都給清理乾淨了。
早飯種類不多，但你住的是loft不是hotel，所以已經很豐富了美味了！
房間很舒適，服務員每日打掃的很乾凈整齊。
游泳池很乾凈，人也少，孩子可以盡情的在那裡玩。
最好的是地理位置，大概走十分鐘就到沙灘，再走十分鐘就是芭東最熱鬧的街市bangla和mall。
強烈推薦這個loft！

1.空調聲音特別大，晚上無法入睡，跟前台反應後找了一個維修工人來看，説空調就是這樣的沒有辦法，我説能不能給我們換個房間，讓我們第二天早上來問，第二天問了也沒能給我們換房間。
2.我們住在二樓，房間的窗台白天竟然有空調工人隨意穿梭！！！！！
3.前台泰銖竟然要收5000泰銖，曼谷悦榕莊才收3000泰銖，換的錢全都交按金了！如果不交按金就要押護照！
4.洗護用品的包裝盒像是重複使用的，吹風機極其難用，房間裏的電一會兒有一會兒沒，晚上還嚇人！
5. 最重要的是前台對中國人非常不友好，服務意識差，沒有任何想幫忙解決問題的態度，滿臉就是我們店就這樣愛住不住！
6.這個價格真不算便宜的，1000多人民幣大家還是住酒店吧！

房間很大，位置也不錯。服務人員也很熱情，唯一不足的就是住店準備用剃鬍刀的時候已經被人用過了，剃鬚膏都是空的，而且還有一股味道，在國外尤其是泰國這種地方是9非常危險的事情，大家小心。
