Al llegar al hotel me dicen que mi reserva mediante Trip no está pagada, cuando me la cobraron 1 mes anterior , llegue al hotel a las 8 y media de la mañana y siendo temporada baja no me dejaron de entrar en mi habitación hasta las 12 de la mañana . El hotel en general bien, el servicio en recepción no me gusto y TRIP como página web una basura,mucho mejor usar Agoda o Booking.

Agradable y más barato, cerca del mercado nocturno en patong y buena ubicación para ir a la playa de patong y a la playa de karon

Overall it was nice to outside. Good greenhouse and swimming pool. But inside it is average.

Nice hotel and good location, only a few minutes ride to Central patong. Private, Secluded and quiet. The rooms were very big and great shower, the linen was so soft and clean. Breakfast was varied. Great swimming pool options.

We had a great time at the Fisherman’s Harbour! The hotel was very neat and clean. Breakfast was good too, however, it is more favoured towards Indians.

It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

After thoroughly reading reviews about this hotel, I must say that the service provided here is outstanding. However, there were a couple of issues with our room. Firstly, the balcony lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space during the evening. Additionally, we discovered that the door couldn't lock properly. Thankfully, upon notifying the reception, they promptly sent someone to address these concerns. Despite the late hour, around 11 pm, their staff arrived promptly and efficiently resolved the issues. Moving on to the positives, the room itself was remarkably spacious, providing a comfortable living environment. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, enabling me to complete my work effortlessly over the past four days. Although the air conditioning was centralized, it delivered a pleasantly cool atmosphere throughout the room. In fact, the overall comfort was so exceptional that we found ourselves reluctant to leave the room. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was somewhat average. It would have been preferable if they had an omelette station and offered more variety. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they refreshed the food selection daily instead of serving the same options every day. Moreover, we were disappointed to learn that late check-out was not possible, as there was a charge of 500 BHT for every hour exceeded. Taking everything into account, I would still recommend this hotel. Despite the minor issues with the room and breakfast, the excellent service, spacious accommodations, reliable Wi-Fi, and refreshing air conditioning outweighed the drawbacks.

My 5th trip to phuket. Always stayed at Patong area. The hotel is located at Southern part of Patong. Nothing much around the hotel. The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was big and nice but not enough lights. Pretty dark. Toilet was big but always flooding with water after shower.
