Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

Was very impressed with the interior and architectural of the property, service is also attentive. However the 2 big let downs of our experience were 1. Insufficient parking space 2. Weak shower power As i arrived the hotel after dinner and was told by the guard to park of the side road temporary until the space is available. I just believe that hotel prioritized parking space of diners over the residents. They should manage it better next time round. I had to park my car by the side road which is dangerous until i ll be called upon to move the car after the diners have left the property. It is not at all convenient for us. Secondly, shower water power is very weak and heating system is not very stable.

Review Don’t hesitate staying here! We haven’t been to Thailand in about 10 years, and we’ve never been to Ayutthaya before. We’ve stayed at several home stays, but this one was by far the best! We stayed in room 12 which was upstairs which has its own bathroom right in the room. I think it was called a deluxe double. The reviews are high for a reason, and they are positive because of these reasons. 1. The greeting we received from the owner was very friendly and professional. She shared a map and highlighted the key landmarks and recommended the best restaurant on the River which was only about 10 minutes away on foot. It’s called BaanMaiRimNun. The portions we big and well priced. 2. The room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! All sheets are washed, hung outside to dry, hand pressed, and smelled great even after three days. She offered to clean our room, but we didn’t feel it was necessary since it was still very clean, and we only stayed 3 days. We never saw insects except for a few mosquitoes at breakfast. I’ve stayed in some home stays with some large bugs, so I was worried. But this wasn’t a problem at all! 3. We requested wash and dry service, and she was able to quickly get them back to us. I’d recommend giving her at least a full day or two to get them back to you. She accommodated this short notice the night before checkout, but it would have been better for us to give her more time. 4. Breakfast was simple, BUT the quality was very good and delicious. We got to choose one main dish per person and unlimited toast and coffee. They served fruit and jam upon arriving downstairs. Some of the foreigners were a bit rude, and the parents let their kids cough all over the bread. Of course, this isn’t the fault of the owners. It’s just the nature of some of the people that travel to Thailand from other countries. 5. As some other reviewers have noted, the front rooms are no longer available/used perhaps because of the noisy road. Our room was the next one right behind these, and we barely noticed the noise, especially at night when there is much less traffic. We shut the wooden shutters, and we couldn’t hear much noise. We also slept early because of working on West Coast time in the US. But the light was totally blocked out and noise was very low. If you are a very light sleeper, I’d recommend brining eat plugs to anywhere in Thailand. 6. The location was less than 10-20 minutes from almost anywhere in Ayutthaya or a 100 bhat tuktuk. There’s also a very nice evening restaurant area which opens at 3:00 pm near the closest 7-11. We loved eating at the restaurant right in front of the nearby 7-11. The lady there was very friendly and the food was pretty good. Not sure of the name as it was in Thai, but I’ll try posting pictures in each review. Overall, we’d definitely like to stay much longer next time, and we’d come back just to stay here. As mentioned above, the reviews are high for a reason. I’d truthfully like to stay a couple

We are regular visitors to Thailand and staying at this beautiful hotel is always the highlight of our tour. Surrounded in exotic gardens with a picturesque lake the accommodation is in simple, well maintained, delightful individual villas of varied design all offering authentic Siamese hospitality. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the atmosphere there is wonderful, created by the views over the garden, lake and ponds, (full of fish) the traditional furnishings and the warmth, charm and efficient of the staff. The facilities include a good size swimming pool, free bicycle hire, laundry and massages are available. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

El sitio es muy bueno. Es conveniente en todas partes. El ambiente es elegante. También hay una ruina en la puerta. La habitación es buena para estar aturdido. La ropa de cama también es muy cómoda. Desayunamos a las 9:30 a más tardar, así que llegamos a tiempo a las 9:30 del día siguiente, y luego el personal del desayuno estaba muy impaciente y dijo que habíamos bajado a las 9:30 y que la cocina estaba cerrada a las 9:30. 10:00. La clave es que nadie nos lo dijo de antemano. Estos solo nos dicen que bajaremos a comer a las 9:30 a más tardar ... No hemos terminado de comer a las 10 en punto porque solo cenamos a las 9:50. Las botellas de condimento que trajimos a las 9:50 se retirarán a las 10 en punto. Sí ... En ese momento, en realidad había otras mesas de invitados comiendo, pero es posible que no sean huéspedes del hotel. Veo que el restaurante también está abierto al mundo exterior y escribí que el horario comercial es de 10 a 18 ... El segundo desayuno está especialmente diseñado bajé a comer a las 9 en punto y dije que el personal era muy impacientes por comer en el jardín y dejarnos comer en la habitación climatizada. Ahora bien, esta es la situación, la habitación con aire acondicionado que todos entienden ... la habitación con aire acondicionado y el jardín están separados por una puerta de vidrio. ¿Está dispuesto a entregar comida? No fue hasta que terminamos de comer que tomamos la iniciativa de tomar los platos y la actitud del personal mejoró. Más tarde, supimos que vivimos en Tailandia durante mucho tiempo y sonreímos cuando hicimos el check out. La clave de nuestra próxima estancia ¿Será esta actitud la próxima vez?
