La verdad no me gusto nada en ningún aspecto, en las fotos te muestran algo que ni se parece al hotel. Muy sucio, camas súper viejas, instalaciones en pésimas condiciones! Es el peor hotel en el que me he quedado!

Elevator was filthy. Bedding inadequate. Cockroaches running around on the walls and floor. Shower noisy, leaking water continuously! I will not stat there again.

The front desk was very friendly and there very quick and fast about getting you into a clean sanitized room the rooms are very cozy with home appliances and the environment is very pleasant , thanks to the lady who helped me I believe her name is Kara thank you

I was confirmed a room with ******* and when I got there, there was no onsite attendant. Had to call to get one downstairs and when they finally came down, all she said :SORRY WE OVERBOOKED; it was pretty bad there anyways

The hotel was very safe, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Uber drivers in the area were very friendly and so was the front desk staff. The beds are comfortable and were very clean.

As soon as you walk in you get a cigarette smell. Feels unsafe and got flooded so they couldn’t honor my reservation.

I didn’t even stayed because the clerk was very rude and told me they had no rooms available that they were overbooked, I told her I had booked and paid my room she asked for my name and said oh you booked through *******? and I said yes…. she said called ******* and tell them to give you your money
