Creo que es un jefe chino. Siento que todavía estoy en China en su apartamento. Todo está en chino. Escuché que es la primera vez que vivo en su casa. En realidad, la recepción me ascendió a una suite ejecutiva. Oh, me voy. ¡La cocina y todas las lavadoras de autoservicio deben ser elogiadas! Hay un supermercado abierto las 24 horas en la planta baja y también se puede jugar al golf en el segundo piso. Fui a buscar el té cuando llegaron los invitados al mediodía. Le pregunté a la recepción. Hay un salón de té, que es muy conveniente. Parece que podré vivir aquí cuando vuelva a trabajar.

Beautiful old hotel right opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel grounds make you feel like you're surrounded by nature. The rivrr promenade is a 3 minute walk away. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Western, Asian and local Cambodian food. After arriving quite late, Mealea restaurant was great for dinner. We had a few drinks, a salad and 2 local dishes which came to around $45. Overall, a lovely place to stay and will definitely return.

El desayuno buffet fue excepcional en el rango y la calidad, ofreciendo la perfecta combinación de las delicias locales, asiáticas y occidentales. Disfrutamos de dos masajes en el spa y el personal demostró excelentes técnicas de cuidado y expertos, lo que nos dejó sentirse iguales partes relajadas y revividas. La piscina era sobredimensionada y una temperatura perfecta para dormir en unas pocas horas, con comida y bebida al lado de la piscina, a la prensa de un botón. El lujo y el confort del Club Millésime se adecuaron al servicio de primera clase de Nikkole y su equipo. El restaurante italiano - De Forni - nos dio una cena donde, de nuevo, experimentamos servicio y hospitalidad que rivalizarían al mejor del mundo. El hotel ofrece vistas a Phnom Penh y el servicio de mantenimiento y desplazamiento diario que nos hacen que nunca quisiéramos salir. El hotel es el mejor hotel que hemos estado en Accor Diamond y como miembros de Accor Diamond hemos experimentado algunos de los mejores en todo el mundo. Nuestra única lamentación fue que dos noches simplemente no fueron suficientes, así que supongo que volveremos pronto. Muchas gracias. Matthew y Jemima.

The Sokha hotel is an amazing place. An enormous hotel but with nothing going on. We arrived at 8pm and were upgraded to a suite. A huge room in a huge hotel but nobody else in the hotel? The venue was very clean, lots of staff all very friendly. The hotel is the wrong side of the river. On the other side it was buzzing with locals and tourists unlike the hotel sokha side which has only locals. Even the tuk-tuk drivers don’t want to go there. Breakfast the following morning was good. We paid less than £100 for this hotel, great value for a 5* hotel but Unfortunately lacking customers and therefor any sort of atmosphere !

Revisé hoy desde la habitación 29-54, después de eso, los resisiopnes nos dicen que esperemos un minuto para que él revise nuestra habitación en caso de que se hayan roto n cosas o se hayan perdido, y que de hecho veamos las cosas de los huéspedes en caso de que se olviden de llevarlas. Pero dijo que estaba bien y luego nos vamos a casa. Después de llegar a casa bastante lejos, casi 1 a 2 horas, me di cuenta de que mi cargador para el iphone 12 olvidé poner en mi bolso cuando salí. No sé que tampoco ven estas pequeñas cosas y se olvidan de decírmelo después de d**** cuenta de las cosas de los huéspedes que quedan en la habitación. No culpo a nadie que me supere, pero por favor responda este mensaje y dígame que mi cargador iPhone 12 todavía está ahí y le diré a mi amigo que se lleve mañana o al día siguiente. Antes de que pueda decir muchas gracias. Saludos

Me registré en esta habitación y respondí a la recepción tres veces. Había cucarachas en la habitación y las limpiaron por cierto. Como resultado, las cucarachas todavía viven donde viven 😂😂😂 Lo que le dijimos a la recepción fue aún más inaudible. El último día de mi estadía, pregunté si quería cambiar de habitación. No estoy apuntando a su hotel, pero su servicio es realmente de primera categoría.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights, the room was clean and staff were very friendly. There was a fridge in the room, wifi throughout, pool on the top deck and a nice little balcony where you can smoke. Also really comfy pillows which is always a bonus when you've been staying in budget places for a while and haven't had comfort. Not a bad location and tuk tuks are waiting outside to take you where you want to go for cheap prices. Reception is manned 24/7 which is also nice to have in case of any problems. They have stopped providing breakfast ever since covid which is a shame. They also offer a laundry service but its much cheaper to take it two doors down where they only charge $1 per kg instead of price per item like this hotel does.

I booked 3 nights. The hotel is located near the Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the riverside where you can find many restaurants there. It takes another 10 minutes to walk to the night market. My room is luxury king size bed with balcony. It is clean, but the decoration is ordinary and not high class. For business stay it is satisfactory. Breakfast is not up to my expectation. Every day there are only three hot dishes, soup and you can order omlets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles, fried rice free of charge. Too few choices and i suggest you only book the room and not the breakfast. You better have your breakfast in nearby restaurants. Almost of the hotel guests are Westerners. I only saw a three Chinese guests on the last day of my stay. The room price is a little bit expensive given the quality of breakfast.

I had the absolute pleasure of using this fabulous hotel twice for recent visits to Phnom Penh. On both occasions, I was warmly welcomed and experienced a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is efficiently run, peaceful and in a perfect location on pleasant Wat Botum Park. This park has an atmospheric, friendly, local feel in the late afternoon and early evening with families strolling, doing aerobics, jogging and walking. From the hotel, it is only a short easy walk to the riverfront, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum. The hotel restaurant is sadly no longer open but there are lots of good places to eat, including tasty cheap 'street food', or enjoy a drink within a short walking distance. Front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating with special requests. Yoiklien, Theara and TyTy all deserve special mention as they were just so extraordinarily helpful and always welcoming. Theara was especially kind-hearted and caring. Thank you all so much! You're good adverts for the hospitality industry. Keep up the great work! The hotel also conveniently has a very reasonably priced laundry service. Given its excellent location and facilities, the room rates are very reasonable indeed. In my opinion, you would struggle to find better elsewhere. I can see why it was awarded the TripAdvisor 'Travellers Choice 2021' award. It deserves it! My standard room, with a small balcony, was well appointed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. All in all an absolutely superb choice of hotel and one I would very happily return to again and again, as I have done. I would very highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I look forward to my next stay. Thank you King Grand Boutique team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay!

La habitación era muy agradable en Ocean Hotel. La entrada temprana fue posible a las 12:30 y recibimos una habitación de mejora, porque el hotel no tenía un baño como queríamos. Teníamos una habitación agradable en el piso superior H5. La habitación tenía muy cómodos artículos de ducha de belleza. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero la habitación está muy cerca de la habitación. El Sr. Hong fue muy amable y acordó el check-out tardío. Muchas gracias por su amplitud. Sí, nos sentíamos muy bienvenidos todo el tiempo durante nuestra estancia. El bar de techo es muy agradable durante la noche, con algunas bebidas y la piscina que nos disfrutamos de una buena vista sobre la ciudad. En la zona hay algo bueno que puedes comer en restaurantes para disfrutar de una cena perfecta también. ¡Nos gustaría volver! Gracias y buenas horas!
