Hoteles cerca de Lyla Center en Phnom Penh

Revisé hoy desde la habitación 29-54, después de eso, los resisiopnes nos dicen que esperemos un minuto para que él revise nuestra habitación en caso de que se hayan roto n cosas o se hayan perdido, y que de hecho veamos las cosas de los huéspedes en caso de que se olviden de llevarlas. Pero dijo que estaba bien y luego nos vamos a casa. Después de llegar a casa bastante lejos, casi 1 a 2 horas, me di cuenta de que mi cargador para el iphone 12 olvidé poner en mi bolso cuando salí. No sé que tampoco ven estas pequeñas cosas y se olvidan de decírmelo después de d**** cuenta de las cosas de los huéspedes que quedan en la habitación. No culpo a nadie que me supere, pero por favor responda este mensaje y dígame que mi cargador iPhone 12 todavía está ahí y le diré a mi amigo que se lleve mañana o al día siguiente. En los últimos 4 meses hemos estado aquí 3 veces. Buena ubicación para el viejo mercado, el río, los restaurantes y los bares. Muchas tiendas también cerca. Se saluda con un sonrisa cada vez seguido de una bebida bienvenida. El desayuno está normalmente incluido y tiene una buena selección (recomendar huevos Florentina!!).También hay un ascensor a las habitaciones. Las habitaciones tienen una buena doccia de potencia con agua caliente, nevera, seguridad y WiFi. Las habitaciones están un poco cansadas y no hay sockets de energía cerca de la cama (por lo tanto no 5 estrellas de mi parte). Pero en la mayoría de los casos, $16-19, no hay mucho mejor. Recomendado y siempre permanecerá aquí cuando visite PP.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Buena ubicación. Muy limpio. Hotel tranquilo. Recibí un masaje de 30 minutos gratis, fue genial. Sirven buenos cócteles en el bar de comida.

Abit difícil encontrar pero limpio, tranquilo y seguro cuando se queda la noche allí.

This is a fantastic hotel with a recent soft opening, I was able to stay here for three nights and had a superb experience. The spa was world class. It had a fantastic infinity pool, I had multiple meals in the poolside restaurant that were outstanding in the five star category. I had some special arrangements for dance classes from Sarah, who was wonderfully responsive to all inquiries and special requests. The value is outstanding, and this is on its way to be the best hotel in Phnom Penh.

Me registré en esta habitación y respondí a la recepción tres veces. Había cucarachas en la habitación y las limpiaron por cierto. Como resultado, las cucarachas todavía viven donde viven 😂😂😂 Lo que le dijimos a la recepción fue aún más inaudible. El último día de mi estadía, pregunté si quería cambiar de habitación. No estoy apuntando a su hotel, pero su servicio es realmente de primera categoría.

Hotel limpio con personal amigable, habitaciones amplias y elegantes y una gran piscina. Me gustaba especialmente el olor de camas y toallas, incluso preguntó qué tipo de más suave usan ;))) el desayuno también es muy bueno, aunque no el techo todavía con vistas a una calle viva.

Truly for those who are Marriott members this is a definite cut above any Fairfield you have stayed at during your travels. Is it a JW; no, but new and professionally managed it is for sure. The rooftop bar is excellent as is breakfast. You will find the room to be comfortable and quiet.
