El servicio está bien, hay servicio chino, aunque no se puede entrar directamente a la piscina, pero me comuniqué con la recepción y finalmente me dejaron entrar. La dirección es muy buena, al lado del centro comercial Aeon 1, es conveniente para ir de compras. Es una lástima que sea un apartamento de hotel compartido, sería mejor si pudiera cerr**** y gestion****. La habitación está limpia cuando entras, pero hay algunos problemas de decoración que no se pueden limpiar. Cerca de la zona central de BKK, hay muchas comidas deliciosas que se pueden recomendar.

Excelente ubicación pero la habitación no está limpia. La primera habitación para mí con fuerte olor a cigarrillo. Solicité cambiar. La segunda habitación me la cambiaron con un condón usado en el piso == No es una buena experiencia, no lo recomiendo. Por el mismo precio, debe tener una mejor opción.

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

Just front of Aeon mall. When I was first visit in Phnom Penh, I have choose this hotel. No need any transportation for Aeon mall. Just walking a minute. And this hotel have very big parking lot, it is very convenient also.
