The hotel did not have power back up, the dustbins were not cleaned, the wi-fi does not reach the room, they did not have fresh laundry, the inercome was not working. Mm t says the room has bathtubs but none of the rooms have so, the breakfast variety is very less, costly soft drinks, serving above mrp, i requested for a coffee and they mentioned, i had to pay extra for the coffee, uncultured staff, non-responsive. Very terrible experience. These are the instances to name a few.

Stay at hotel maharaja executive in phaltan satara was awesome. It's a very good hotel. Rooms are comfy and they are exactly same as what is shown in the pics. Hotel staff was very good and polite. They obliged to the requests made. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was tasty.

Very poor service.. it's my personal experience. 1. No luggage boy , you have to carry your own luggage 2. Staff is not polite at all. They are not trained for handling of guests. 3. Whole management doesn't have coordination at all. Manager doesn't have control over their staff . While doing advance booking, make sure that you have all the call or video records of booking. Don't believe on their words. Later on they ask money for everything. 4. Management doesn't value customers. They behave like they doesn't need customers. Told me that we have alot of booking, so we don't heed if someone are not happy. 5. Cross check all the bookings. I had booked non AC rooms and they took charge of AC rooms. Don't pay any advance 6. For each small things that mentioned in itinerary, you have to ask multiple times. 7. Pls don't conduct any programs in their party hall. Worst staff behaviour and service. No any service. No cleanliness. Utensils like dishes, bowls are dirty . Overall don't chose this hotel even if Dont have any option.
