Maravilloso hotel y restaurante con acceso para el baño en el lago de Orta. Piscina, restaurante, posibilidad de realizar paddle surf,para propia de vaporetos del lago di Orta. Atención del personal inmejorable,amplio parking,desayuno incluido suficiente. Muy recomendable.

I had no expectations of the hotel when I arrived and just assumed as a Titan Group Tour it would be of a very good standard. When arriving at resort after a very disappointing flight (that’s another story !) we had to wait for our rooms to be available. We were a group of 40 seniors and tired and hungry. My husband and I were the last room key to be given and good 1 hour and half after arrival. No drinks or food were offered as we waited! - unless we bought drinks - no food available! Dinner was served - very late - and a very mediocre standard of service and food (in the price of the holiday was given) - drinks were not provided - even water was not free. You cannot drink the water at the hotel !!! Please note ! There were quite a few couples who had to change their rooms and pay a large surcharge for a different room - as they were not suitable ! please read what you can expect before you go ! No lake view - that’s extra ! The pool was cold as this was start of season and if you expect to go walking you will need to be very vigilant if the roads as no paths !!! Very disappointed !! This is a hotel review - not a tour review - our tour manager could not be faulted - she was always on hand to help and the group itself all very friendly. Please do your homework before you go !!!

A great hotel, well situated with good views over Lake Orta and with good service and food. A good Saga tour which included boat trips onto the lake and a coach trip to Switzerland to view the Matterhorn

Fantastic place staf friendly. Jast im lite problem im not find any bacon,sausage, and fried egg for breakfast. Definitely i coming back next time. Thanks for everything 👌

Not 4 star. Wardrobe broken & safe not working at first. Dead fly in milk and had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get milk each time. Waiters rushed off their feet so meal times took hours. Best part was the comfortabe chairs under the trees by the lake and wonderful views.

Although on my own, I went with Titan tours, who organised everything meticulously. The hotel is in an enviable position on the edge of the lake, but unless you have a car you have to rely on the twice daily public boat to take you anywhere, (for example, to Orta San Giulia). The hotel is clean and well run and staff were always helpful. My room was on the ground floor overlooking the lake with a small private patio, ideal for sunning. The pool was beautiful and even in very hot June weather was quite often almost empty. My one reservation is that the hotel has different levels with steps, steps to the pool, steps even within bedrooms. No where were there handrails, and some of the Titan group were struggling. It would be so easy to put right and so much less of a worry to older visitors. I would go there again.

Wonderful location on beautiful lake Orta . Great jumping off point to Magiorre or Orta. The poolis wonderful and the lake crystal clear. Highly recommend

No way is this a 4 star hotel. 2 star yes, 3 star maybe but never 4 star. The bathroom here needs ripping out and full replacement. Letting paying guest to stay in this moulded filled bedroom / bathroom is completely unacceptable. No amount of mould removal spray will deal with this. The sealant on foot plate and tiles must have been missing for months. Whoever manages the hotel rooms and maintains them in the management depar**ent needs removing from their post and a new manager who cares for excellent in customer service put in their place. Think twice folks very hard before booking this hotel or at least ask them if they'd updated their filthy mouldy bathrooms.
