Lobby so spacious and luxurios looks, check in process very smooth. The room quite small and a bit pricey for this room size. However the breakfast buffet at cheks restaurant has lots of menu (malay cuisine, indian, japanese, noodle station, egg station, salad station and desserts) everything so yummy. All staff so friendly and helpful. This hotel also has big infinity pools with kl view and a kiddies room beside the pool. This hotel is very convinience to use mrt because they have linked bridge just beside the lobby and u can go to OU mall as well

El hotel siempre ha sido mi opción de alojamiento en pj, pero desgraciadamente tengo algo que decir con su sistema de aparcamiento recientemente iniciado tras mi reciente visita. En primer lugar, ya es malo exigir a sus huéspedes que se encargan de pagar una tarifa de estacionamiento durante su estancia en el hotel. Y a pesar de proporcionar un tipo fijo de RM3.00 a sus huéspedes, ninguno de los empleados ha tomado la iniciativa de informar hasta que se le solicite (ni la notificación de pago como se indica en mis fotos adjuntas ha mostrado ninguna pista sobre ello) . Incluso después de haber sido solicitados, no han proporcionado instrucciones claras sobre el modo de reembolso, y finalmente tuve que pagar más por las tarifas de estacionamiento debido a la falta de notificación y instrucción.

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall. However, I remember booking a superior room with a king bed on the app but we got a room with 2 twin beds instead. We were too tired from our trip to make a fuss about it and just joined the beds together. Perhaps, the cleaning staff should clean under the beds once in a while. Photos are the beds and view of the town from our window.

Apartamento central y aparcamiento en Petaling Jaya. Nice grande habitación y personal amigable. Mi hotel favorito siempre que necesite quedarme en Petaling Jaya. Me quedaré definitivamente en este hotel de nuevo.

A las 9:00, el control de la entrada fue muy rápido. La ubicación es excelente, necesita caminar a 300 metros del hotel hasta la estación de tumba. (Puede ver desde mi foto la estación de tumba) Parking: Había mucho estacionamiento, no hay preocupación por los problemas de estacionamiento. Cleanliness: 10/10. Todo muy limpio, se escubra bien el baño. No hay tintorería en la hoja de cama. Me gusta el jabón muy bien! ¡Qué buena estancia y buena experiencia!

Bonita vista, muy limpio, ambiente sereno, cálida bienvenida por parte del personal, fácil de estacionar, cerca del centro comercial y relación calidad-precio.

Stayed there during a business trip for 2 nights. Super friendly check-in, even at 12 mid night. The counter staff, specifically Mohd Ashraf, is a delight and extremely knowledgeable. I found him to be courteous, professional and accomodating, even at very late at night, and still the only person at the counter. Discovered the Superior King room had no fridge and the shower gel container was empty when I checked in. Told Housekeeping and it took a day for them to find a mini fridge but they somehow failed to refill the shower gel container. Luckily, I brought my own shower gel. There was no centralised lighting switch in the room. Everything had to be switched on and off manually. The shower area was partially cleaned with dust trails all over the edges. The same with the toilet. And the same with the room. This told me the housekeeping staff only cleaned the most covenient areas and did not do a thorough job. But it was ok. The bed and pillow was super nice and the room was quiet even though it was facing the monorail Kota Damansara station. I also remembered to close the curtains for some privacy. It was a direct line of sight to this station and the main road. Even though the monorails were running, I could barely hear any noise. The two nights were very peaceful and I woke refreshed and ready. The wireless broadband in the room was very good and I conducted several video calls and two video conference sessions in the evening and at night. The table and chair was suited to my needs. Housekeeping also did not replenish my complimentary water bottles but again, it was only a slight inconvenient as the electric kettle was really useful. I had to remove the electic kettle from its box as the steam from the boiling water really fogged the upper glass kitchentop. Parking was super convenient. Totally loved the breakfast buffet. Had my business conversations and caught up with my business partner during breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10.30am but that is plenty of time. The kuih-muih or local pastry was beyond my expectation and very very very good. The miso soup was incredible and the staff actually knew how to do perfect half boiled eggs. Not hard boiled and not raw - served nicely on a tiny bowl. The chef would actually break the eggs into the bowl separately to make sure it was acceptable, then combined it into a single bowl. Perfect. I have stayed in many hotels and I am glad it was available at Royale Chulan Damansara. The salami and cheese choices were very very good and so is the assortment of curries and roti canai. Absolutely delicious. The only item not on par was the coffee machine.

Muchas gracias al equipo del hotel ya que han arreglado un pequeño gesto de expresión de amor que agradezco mucho (porque es un arreglo sorpresa). También disfrutamos y experimentamos el Peridot Club Lounge. Todavía no están en pleno funcionamiento debido a que todavía están en el período CMCO (actualmente solo operan durante los fines de semana), sin embargo, en cada estadía ofrecen un té de 4:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m. ¡y desayuno por la mañana también! Desde el check in, hasta el servicio del club lounge, en el mostrador del desayuno y el check out, ambos nos trataron con un cordial saludo con una gran sonrisa, amabilidad y atención con un toque personal. Ambos somos muy impresionantes desde la habitación, hasta el salón y lo más importante es que el alojamiento de ellos nos haga sentir como en casa 😍 Con mucho agradecimiento a todo el equipo del hotel One World y te recomendamos que lo experimentes por ti mismo 😄🙏🏻 * Esta es solo mi opinión personal sobre las habitaciones para mejorar * En general, la suite junior es realmente encantadora y fantástica. Incluso tienen un filtro de aire en la sala de estar y abundante luz solar natural. Sin embargo, me sorprendió un poco notar que no tienen una mini máquina de café disponible en la suite. En segundo lugar, no hay sal de baño en la bañera. Ya que esto sería un excelente regalo para los huéspedes que deseen pasar más tiempo en privado y mim**** en la reserva de esta habitación.
