El dueño nos recomendó las excursiones con mucho entusiasmo. Como nuestro paseo en globo aerostático se canceló el segundo día, solo pudimos seguir la ruta que nos recomendó para visitar los lugares de interés de Capadocia. Costó 20 euros por persona, un precio razonable.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Kind staff men met and greeted us the moment we came and helped with our baggage which was very pleasant. At first they gave us a room with two single beds as we asked while booking but unfortunately there was a very strong smell from the bathroom so we asked for a change and not only did they agree but more than that gave us their best huge room with windows and a balcony🤩we were very sad that both days hot air balloons were canceled due to weather conditions but this room change cheered us up! There is also nice music playing in their cafe till late so be careful if such features usually bother you (we actually liked the vibe even taking into account the fact that we went to bed pretty early). Breakfast was fine and slightly different in two mornings which is great. One of the workers has a cute pug and of course there are many cats around🥰 The location is cool it is pretty close to the sunset view point👍🏻 Highly recommend this hotel!

Grand Cave Suites GCS, located up to the small slope therefore fairly quiet at night. Rooms were nest and tidy what we expected according to the Trip. com photos. The boss greeted our arrival and showed us into our rooms and so nice of him to let us check in earlier because we came a long way from Hongkong throughout the whole night. A lot of restaurants and shops around the GCS area! In Cappadocia, you could do at least 2 tours a day and of course you must try the Hot Air Balloon if the weather is suitable and luckily that what we did! We hope one day, we could come back here again during the summer time.

The view from the hotel is pretty amazing but since it's up on a hill, you'll need to hike up and down if you're planning to walk to the town. Hotel feels very dated, the rooms are cool, but also feels very old. I know it's winter but the rooms are really stuffy even though we had the window opened, and heater turned off. There's a sign saying to save water, but the shower takes about 8mins for the water to be hot. There's a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, some pretty steep ones The check-in staff was quite accommodating. I booked a suite because the website showed it came with a bathtub, but the first room didn’t have one. They sorted it out quickly and moved us to the correct room, which I really appreciated Let me know if you want it slightly more formal or more friendly.

¡Excelente hotel! Ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad. Nos alojamos en una habitación cueva. ¡Tenía un ambiente increíble! La comida fue excelente: teníamos el desayuno y la cena incluidos. La cena era a la carta. Había cuatro opciones. Incluía ensalada, aperitivos, plato principal y postre. Uno de los platos principales era el plato típico de la región: un delicioso kebab. Helin, la guía del hotel, está disponible para realizar excursiones y paseos en globo.

I really love this place! Beautiful view and clean room. I wanna say thank you for all staff,especially doga San! She is amazing personality and hospitality, we really had good time in this hotel. Thank you so much

El hotel está situado en una ladera, pero se puede llegar en coche hasta la entrada para tomar un autobús, lo que elimina la necesidad de cargar con el equipaje cuesta arriba. Hay varias rutas a la ciudad de Göreme, con diferentes rutas a ambos lados. Hay varios restaurantes populares cerca. Una habitación sin ventana habría resultado oscura y húmeda, así que nos cambiamos a una habitación con ventana exterior. Aunque el espacio era mucho más pequeño, seguía siendo bastante cómodo. Una maleta cabía perfectamente, con 28 pings (aproximadamente 16 metros cuadrados) y otra, un poco más grande, con 25 pings (aproximadamente 16 metros cuadrados). El aire acondicionado de la habitación era de techo, no directo. El baño era pequeño, con zonas limpias, tanto húmedas como secas. El desayuno era bueno y cambiaba a diario. Generalmente incluía dos o tres tipos de fruta, como pepinos, tomates, aceitunas, dos o tres tipos de queso, dos tipos de pan, higos secos, melocotones secos, mermelada, leche helada, agua helada, zumo de melocotón helado, té y café calientes. El personal puede ayudarle con el equipaje al momento del check-in y del check-out. El hotel no tiene ascensor, pero hay muchas habitaciones en la primera planta. Si las escaleras le suponen un problema, puede solicitar una habitación en la primera planta. No tuve mucha interacción con el personal, así que no tengo experiencia especial, pero en general, la recepcionista y el personal de limpieza fueron bastante amables. Hay una pequeña tienda de recuerdos a pocos pasos del hotel. Puede obtener descuentos si compra más en efectivo, pero tenga en cuenta que cierra después de las 6:00.

Durante nuestra estancia en el Kelebrek Cave Hotel, el personal de recepción fue increíblemente amable y nos recomendó muchas atracciones locales. Nuestra habitación de luna de miel era espaciosa y estaba bellamente decorada, perfecta para una escapada romántica. Sin embargo, un inconveniente fue el mal aislamiento acústico; podíamos oír claramente los ruidos de las habitaciones de arriba, lo que afectó nuestra experiencia general. Cabe mencionar que los desayunos cada mañana eran deliciosos, con una amplia variedad de opciones atractivas, y se convirtieron en uno de los mejores momentos de nuestra estancia.

At that price I wish I had stayed there the whole time. The room was nice. They have a terrace and nice common area. The breakfast was decent. Location was good. I left my phone charger there and went back a few days later and they had saved it for me.
