Me alojé aquí dos días y una noche con mi familia, y fue una experiencia realmente maravillosa e inolvidable. La hospitalidad que recibimos fue excepcional y sin duda merece el máximo elogio. El personal fue increíblemente atento, profesional y amable, permitiéndonos registrarnos temprano a las 12:00, lo cual agradecemos enormemente, ya que llegamos antes de lo previsto. Su amabilidad marcó de inmediato el ritmo para una estancia perfecta y placentera. El desayuno fue excepcional, tanto en calidad como en presentación. Un agradecimiento especial a la chef, Maryam, cuya amabilidad y gentileza hicieron que la experiencia gastronómica fuera aún más placentera. Su calidez, dedicación y toque personal fueron realmente inolvidables. La habitación estaba bellamente equipada con cafetera y tetera, además de bebidas de cortesía como agua mineral y con gas 🥤; un detalle refinado que elevó la experiencia en general. Sin duda, este es uno de los mejores lugares para alojarse en Capadocia. Es especialmente ideal para quienes buscan un refugio tranquilo y apacible: sin niños, sin ruido, solo tranquilidad y vistas impresionantes. Sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos ampliamente este hotel a quienes buscan comodidad, elegancia y un servicio excepcional. Este hotel es una visita obligada en Capadocia.

The hotel was very well located near the central town of Goreme, within walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay - helping with booking of services such as local tours, airport transfers and our hot air balloon ride which was cancelled initially due to bad weather, constantly checking if we are happy with everything, 24/7 availability via whatsapp. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic with a wide variety everyday. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca del paseo en globo aerostático. Hay tiendas de conveniencia y varios restaurantes alrededor del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La habitación es grande, el hammam es increíble, el jacuzzi puede hacer muchas burbujas🫧El desayuno es rico y puedes reordenar tus platos favoritos gratis. También hay postre de buenas noches gratuito por la noche. La salida fue alrededor de las 6 a. m. del último día, pero el hotel ayudó cuidadosamente a preparar el desayuno y los recuerdos (una caja de postres turcos locales, que incluían chocolate y delicias turcas). Desventajas: El agua de la ducha está muy fría y no se puede lavar en absoluto. El hotel también ofrece un servicio de traslado en autobús al aeropuerto de pago. El precio del viaje de ida y vuelta es de 50 dólares estadounidenses, lo cual es muy rentable, pero debe pagar en efectivo. No se cobrará ningún depósito al momento del check-in.

We stayed for four nights and five days. We had requested a room with a window, but on the first night, we were given a room without one. However, from the second night onward, we were able to move to a room with a window. The first night’s room was actually a cave room with a 600-year history, so it turned out to be a precious and memorable experience. The hotel staff, especially Eylul and Enes, were very friendly and always attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to spend our stay comfortably without any inconvenience. On the morning of our departure, the water supply stopped, but the staff responded quickly, and we were able to use water again before leaving. Taking photos on the rooftop with the cats and the hot air balloons in the background became an unforgettable memory. We also got to ride a hot air balloon, making it a truly fulfilling five days. The view from the hotel is pretty amazing but since it's up on a hill, you'll need to hike up and down if you're planning to walk to the town. Hotel feels very dated, the rooms are cool, but also feels very old. I know it's winter but the rooms are really stuffy even though we had the window opened, and heater turned off. There's a sign saying to save water, but the shower takes about 8mins for the water to be hot. There's a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, some pretty steep ones The check-in staff was quite accommodating. I booked a suite because the website showed it came with a bathtub, but the first room didn’t have one. They sorted it out quickly and moved us to the correct room, which I really appreciated Let me know if you want it slightly more formal or more friendly.

One of the best hotels in Cappadocia!The location is fantastic with beautiful views all around.The rooms were very clean,spacious,and well organized.The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Our flight arrived very early in the morning,and although check-in was later,they kindly gave us our room at 10 AM, which we really appreciated.We were thrilled with the warm welcome drinks,complimentary wine,and afternoon snacks — such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Amazing hospitality and service.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

I loved staying at this hotel. The manager was very sweet. We were upgraded to the Superior Suite which was a wonderful experience. A hot jacuzzi in our room proved useful for the cold weather. The bathroom had a radiator, so clothes and towels could be kept warm. Complimentary halal drinks in our fridge. There was a prayer mat for us kept in the cupboard. This was very thoughtful of the hotel management to make us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of eggs, cheese, spreads, cereal, fruit, etc. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can't wait to come again.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.
