I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

We stayed for four nights and five days. We had requested a room with a window, but on the first night, we were given a room without one. However, from the second night onward, we were able to move to a room with a window. The first night’s room was actually a cave room with a 600-year history, so it turned out to be a precious and memorable experience. The hotel staff, especially Eylul and Enes, were very friendly and always attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to spend our stay comfortably without any inconvenience. On the morning of our departure, the water supply stopped, but the staff responded quickly, and we were able to use water again before leaving. Taking photos on the rooftop with the cats and the hot air balloons in the background became an unforgettable memory. We also got to ride a hot air balloon, making it a truly fulfilling five days. We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

Este hotel, famoso en internet, es diminuto, con solo una docena de habitaciones. Tuve la suerte de que me cambiaran a la habitación 318, que por fin parecía una habitación de hotel. Las suites estándar son diminutas, y la habitación 307, donde se alojaron mis padres, era una cueva con una iluminación pésima. La terraza es el único punto luminoso; el 70% de las famosas fotos de terrazas de globos aerostáticos en internet son de aquí. El desayuno era pésimo, absolutamente pésimo. Es un auténtico fastidio para los estómagos chinos.

We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience.

Fue mi primer viaje sola y mi presupuesto era ajustado, así que no me gusta gastar demasiado en hoteles que básicamente solo sirven para dormir. En lugar de un famoso hotel cueva, elegí este porque era asequible y tenía reseñas que indicaban que el personal era amable. Solo tuve dos oportunidades de volar en globo aerostático, la principal atracción de Capadocia, y cuando no pude hacerlo en la fecha reservada, me ayudaron a encontrar una excursión para el día siguiente, organizaron el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto y me brindaron mucha ayuda durante mi viaje. El desayuno era casero y delicioso, y la vista desde la azotea era impresionante. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí cuando visite Capadocia de nuevo.

Viajé solo y el hotel fue genial! Tiene aire acondicionado (llave), es más económico que otros hoteles cueva, tiene una azotea donde se pueden ver globos aerostáticos y tiene un rico desayuno. Además, el hotel ha creado especialmente una aplicación de tours en Capadocia, llamada ”Tours en Capadocia” en chino, y el jefe Gokhan los agregará a través de WeChat. Se comunica muy bien en inglés. WeChat es muy conveniente para viajar de forma independiente en China. Además, el precio dado por el jefe es más rentable que el de Taobao y otros lugares. Cada artículo se recoge y se deja en la puerta del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente.

La plataforma está bien. La habitación más básica está en el piso más bajo. Puede ver que la mitad de la habitación está enterrada en la roca y la mitad está enterrada detrás. El mal es que algunas partes de la habitación están en cenizas, y bien es realmente experimentar el estilo de Capadochia correcto. Algunos detalles de la habitación no están disponibles, como muchas placas de alambre y paredes están combinadas de manera frágil, y el abanico de la habitación se siente amargo. El desayuno es muy común, pero en la escena de la vista, el ambiente de comer es muy bueno. En definitiva, es una experiencia muy única.
