We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

This was one of the only hotels that could accept foreigners in the area , it was quite clean and the owner knew how to register foreigners. He just did it without asking annoying questions. I liked the hotel and I would definitely stay there again

這是一個有腔調的老闆，設計的全木屋莊園，果園有車釐子杏子李子各種果樹，莊園內還有八衹貓，有幾衹是流浪貓來了就不走了，主人也就默認讓它們住下了。夜晚抬頭真的可以滿目星辰，所以莊園叫木雅星空，位於理縣半山腰。 從畢棚溝下來後入住，第二天清晨在莊園裡溜達一圈，清晰雅緻的環境讓人舒暢極了。 期待秋天入住，可以採摘果實；更期待下大雪時入住，應該就像在童話世界裏一樣。

However, it was very strange that an international brand chain hotel would turn off all the lights on the second floor public areas to save electricity. I know it’s energy saving, but does no favors for the brand.

房間乾淨衞生，老闆熱情服務周到，很晚了才到，老闆專門為我們做了手抓肉。晚上有暖氣，剛遇下雨降温，晚上暖氣足的都有點熱，很不錯的行程預訂，必須五星好評！
