AAimutigege¡Esta viaje realmente fue calentada por este hotel!
Mi esposa estaba muy enojada cuando llegó a la tienda, casi no podía moverse, la gente estaba muy mal. El jefe estaba muy ocupado cuando lo vio, cuidaba con paciencia todo el proceso, tratando de ayudarnos a aliviar la inconveniente, realmente más intimidad que la familia.
El día siguiente, la mañana siguiente, se preocupó por nuestras condiciones físicas, nos ayudó a ir al hospital para demostrarnos que necesitamos, ayudar a aportar oxígeno, a cerrar las puertas y a cerrar las ventanas, y preguntarnos qué más necesitamos.
Desde el principio hasta el final, todos son cuidados insignificantes, no han encontrado un servicio tan bueno y tan amable, no un paquete, es realmente tranquilo y emocionante. También hay muchos perros pequeños muy guapos.

SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

DDelphinetang1Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~!
There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests.
The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

SSerene MethiasLove the decor of this boutique hotel. Room is huge & homely. Hotel boss & staff are friendly & helpful. I dropped my mobile phone in Jiuzhaigou river, therefore no access to WeChat & Alipay. Have to pay cash for my dining, so we decided to dine in the hotel. Unfortunately we checked in late around 8pm. Hotel restaurant has closed. Hotel boss volunteered to pay for our dining at opposite restaurant & I can pay her back by Alipay when I’m back home. Feel so touch by her gesture. Fortunately our dining is within our budget, don’t have to trouble anyone.

UUsuario invitadoNuestra estancia en el Xiwaxiang B&B en Bipenggou fue realmente maravillosa. Elegimos una suite con tatami y calefacción por suelo radiante que llenó la habitación de calidez, haciéndonos sentir como en casa incluso en un frío día de invierno. La cama era suave y cómoda, lo que nos permitió un sueño reparador sin dolor de espalda. El baño termal privado en la habitación fue un verdadero respiro después de un agotador día de viaje. La temperatura del agua era constante y el ambiente privado, relajante e íntimo, creaba una sensación de ritual.
La habitación también era muy moderna. El aire acondicionado era silencioso y eficiente, ajustando rápidamente la temperatura de la habitación. El inodoro inteligente era fácil de usar y presentaba detalles cuidados. La cerradura inteligente de la puerta también era extra segura, eliminando la necesidad de preocuparse por llevar llaves. La limpieza de la habitación merece un elogio especial. No solo los suelos y los muebles estaban impecables, sino que incluso los detalles más pequeños se mantuvieron meticulosamente, creando una experiencia muy atenta.
El personal también fue muy amable y atento, brindando un servicio excelente desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida. Fueron increíblemente pacientes, nos recomendaron atracciones cercanas y nos brindaron información sobre el transporte, lo que hizo que el viaje fuera una cálida bienvenida. Todo el B&B tiene un ambiente tranquilo. Las montañas nevadas se alzan desde la ventana, la sopa de carne burbujeando en la mesa, las gruesas esteras marrones, los suaves tatamis y un cálido baño termal crean una atmósfera serena y relajante.
La vida siempre requiere un viaje espontáneo, y este viaje permitió a nuestra familia experimentar la dulzura de la nieve floreciente en Xiwa Lane.
El B&B Bipenggou Xiwa Lane es muy recomendable.

DDJaiiOur stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home.
Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy.
We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

AAngeeeeeecThe place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

GGrataiStaff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us.

PPockyBackpackAt first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance.
All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.
