UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy agradable, hay un super jardín, el servicio del director también es muy entusiasta, los nuevos muebles de alta calidad y las instalaciones están equipadas con todos los tipos de equipo que quiero, hay azulejos, zapatos, masajes, cafetera, sala de fitness, lavandería, porque hay pocos hombres en la temporada de otoño, el director también abrió la sopa privada para que me ponga en la sopa privada, ¡Debe ser elogiado! ¡Eso es para mí!

DDelphinetang1Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~!
There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests.
The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

MMummy SALanyuexi Hotel near Bipenggou offers an excellent stay with beautiful mountain views, clean modern rooms, and relaxing hot spring facilities. The location is convenient for visiting Bipenggou Scenic Area. Staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful, making guests feel welcome. The hotel provide family-friendly amenities and comfortable atmosphere make it ideal for us in seeking nature and comfort. Highly recommended. Perfect choice near scenic Bipenggou area always.

SSerene MethiasLove the decor of this boutique hotel. Room is huge & homely. Hotel boss & staff are friendly & helpful. I dropped my mobile phone in Jiuzhaigou river, therefore no access to WeChat & Alipay. Have to pay cash for my dining, so we decided to dine in the hotel. Unfortunately we checked in late around 8pm. Hotel restaurant has closed. Hotel boss volunteered to pay for our dining at opposite restaurant & I can pay her back by Alipay when I’m back home. Feel so touch by her gesture. Fortunately our dining is within our budget, don’t have to trouble anyone.

RRynn’sExcellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

AAngeeeeeecThe place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.
