Between rooms you can hear noise, boring or no entertainment at all. Disapointed. The only positive thing is that is not in the center and around there are almost anything. Food is ok but overall was a very bad experience. I expected to have a couple bed and not two single beds.

My friend and myself enjoyed a week from the 10th May all inclusive , we had emailed a head asking for a room on a low floor Which we were given first floor over looking the front of the hotel , lovely sized balcony with a table and chairs , room very clean and modern , nice clean bathroom , we liked to try and have the double sun-bed with thick mattress as more comfortable than the other beds , pool bar lovely made a wicked Bloody Mary great pool snacks from the all inclusive menu , Ice cream as well , pool always very clean ,we eat breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which had plenty of choice and drinks served quickly with dinner . My only little moan is that the toilets for the pool and reception were down stain in the basement . All in all a lovely relaxing week had .

The most rude staff I have ever seen… unbelievable, you don’t feel welcome at all… everybody from the restaurant, reception and bar has a straight up rude attitude. The only nice people were the room cleaners. Visited this hotel with my fiancé, the beds are two smaller beds out together and they separate by the slightest movement so annoying… Breakfast was not very good but dinner was good except that you can’t even get a glass of water without paying extra.. AC horrible. Shower barely any water comes out. Hairdryer broke the first day, we went to the reception the day after to let them know and she immediately got upset and started complaining on why we did not tell them the same day.. as if it matters? We were not in a rush to get it fixed and we are on vacation we have other things to do. This is not a 4-star hotel at all. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel, Almost all staff had a very rude attitude, you don’t feel welcome at all. AC works one second and stopped working the other second. They said that all doors must be closed which we did and still had problems with the useless AC. Hair dryer broke the first day. The shower is horrible, barely any water comes out… Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Dinner was actually very good except that you can’t even get a glass of water without paying… I would not call this a 4-star hotel (more like a 3-star)

The hotel is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, has comfy beds and pillows, tasty good quality food for buffet service and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely chilled two weeks escaping the UK gloom. The hotel is a short walk along a boardwalk from Protaras's main ***** which suited us as we could dip in or not. There were other bars and restaurants nearby if you didn't want to go to Protaras. We had a car but there was a good frequent bus service that would take you to the many beaches and sights nearby for 5euros for a all day ticket that you could use to hop on and off if visiting the sights. You could also walk to other beaches if you turned left or right on the boardwalk. Our favourite beach was about 4Kms away at Kapparis as it had a chilled beach bar that served a good GnT. Once there you could also walk five minutes either way to two other lovely beaches if you wanted. We also liked Green Bay beach which was about 4Kms the other way towards Ayia Nappa as it was low key and good for snorkelling. All of the beaches had toilets, showers, beds and were kept clean. The beds seem to be a standard price everywhere 2.50 euro per bed and umbrella. The bus went to Ayia Nappa passing several beaches enroute as well as Cape Greko ,the Seacaves, Sculpture Park and Love Bridge all worth a visit. Enjoy we did;)

We stayed for 10 nts from the 28th of April and found this hotel perfect for us. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and very helpful. The room was very nice and kept spotlessly clean. We stayed on the half board option and the food was excellent, there was always plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meals, with something for everyone. The swimming pool and the pool area was kept clean and there was always plenty of sunbeds. It's a easy 20 minutes walk into Protaras and a 15 minutes walk to the centre of Pernera. Just like to say a big thank you to all the staff. We will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was perfect for me in every respect. It is in a nice quiet area, within a 5 minute walk to the lovely Marlita beach. Loads of sunbeds and never a problem with people reserving them apart from the fancy double beds. Certain people reserved them at 6 am most days. Always the same folk. Bit selfish as no- one else got the chance to have them. Pool looked nice but the water was too cold for me. The rooms are modern and the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Nice sized furnished balconies. I was half board and found the food of an excellent standard. Nicely cooked, with a few veggie options. There was entertainment on every night. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. A special thanks to Nicky the receptionist/ waiting staff. She was especially kind and helpful to me. I loved being able to walk for long distances either way on the boardwalk along the front. Pernera suits me better than the hustle and bustle of the Protaras ***** and I like the different choice of beaches to spend the day on. I will certainly visit the hotel again in the future.

Amazing hotel, all the staff were brilliant and very friendly, rooms were very clean and modern, always different entertainment on the evenings. Snack bar food exceeded all expectations and the cocktail list has lots of choice, would definitely recommend all inclusive as it was definitely value for money, location was ideal, restaurants less than 5 minutes walking distance. Will definitely return to this hotel!

We spent 10 days here as a family of 5, it was originaly meant to be 7 days. we had a swim up bungalow which was plenty big enough for us all, well kept, cleaned, fresh bedding and towels daily, every member of staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. we decided to extend our holiday to 10 days, the reception staff were extremely helpfull with the whole process, even going above and beyond to keep us in the same accomodation for the extra duration, fantastic hotel fantastic staff, food was very good, lots of choice, seafront was a 5-10 minute walk ( 10 mins if the kids dragged their feet) a further 10 minutes walk along the boardwalk to the main beach, with plenty of bars and scenery to enjoy along the way. I would 100% stay here again.
