Treenz Hotel

My stay at Treenz Hotel, Gangtok was marvelous. My entire family enjoyed the stay. Staff is cooperative and courteous. Food served was also good. I appreciate the services of Miss Domuna. Hotel is situated at outskirts of city and the view of Gangtok from the room was memorable.

Everything about the hotel is good,rooms are clean, staff is excellent, and the location and views and facilities are amazing. I would highly suggest to book one of their rooms with a view preferably valley view ones. Special mention once again to the hard working staff and specially Domuna. The only con of the hotel would be its location.

Emaculate property with awesome view. Front office ***ager was quick enough to arrange a cab for us to visit M.G margh.Service was excellent especially Miss Domuna. Overall experience in hotel was good. Keep up the good work. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Lobby service person was friendly.

It was a wonderful experience for us at Treenz hotel . The location of the hotel is away from the crowded market of the city . The hotel is very cooperative, as soon as we reached, we were greeted by the reception. Their greeting was done by putting a soft cotton cloth with Treenz logo around our neck, it was a welcome gesture. We also had tasted the best tea served by them and we badly need as the weather had turned cold due to overcast conditions. About the Hotel, its very newly renovated property and the Hotel is in its 2nd successful year of operation. The amenities are fabulous, Reception desk, Lobby, /restaurant, Open dining area and the Pools side bar looks grand when lit up at night. The view from hotel room is absolutely fascinating as we can see most of the Gangtok city, all the hotels and houses nestled across the Mountain peaks. The facilities in (not ***y hotels would have), Central Heater, Mini Fridge, Tea/Coffee maker and choice of tea sachets The additional bed was also very comfortable as it was folding with a very thick and soft mattress. All the essential toiletries and hair dryer and most essential 24 x 7 hot bathing water. The best thing which gave a feeling that we are at home was the entire hotel staffs hospitality, willingness and make their patrons satisfied. Thank a lot to Rasna , Damuna, Shivam, Mahesh , Hema , for making our stay very memorable.

Our stay at the treenz hotel Gangtok was a pleasant and a memorable experience. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean. Amazing food especially the Bengali fish curry and the chicken tikka masala. Excellent service and courteous and polite staff, Demuna, He***ta and the other staff are friendly and professional. Would definitely visit this place again.

The stay at Treenz Hotels at Gangtok has been so far the most memorable for me and my family. We all felt at home due to the hospitality and the facilities at Treenz , though the Climate was bit extreme as compared to the usual climate in Late march. From the hotel room we could see the most of the Gangtok City as the hotel is perfectly located between the Banjakhri falls and rank monastery 2 of the best locatoins to visit in Gangtok . The hotel has central heating facility and a very well designed room layout will all the amenities to ensure the guest comfort. The Pool side bar looks fabulous when lit up during the night. All the staff from the Reception to room service to Restaurant were very welcoming.

Had a wonderful time at Treenz... The ambience is awesome with great hospitality, good food and music that makes you fall in love with the place in an instant...
