Se olvidará de la máscara de rostro usada, el área de ducha no se ha limpiado desde el último huésped. Se olvidan de rellenar con toallas y papel higiénico. Algunas cosas también se rompen en la habitación del hotel. Los equipos de televisión están desaparecidos, las puertas de la cocina están libres. Pero me ofrecen cambiar de habitación debido a la aire acondicionado. Pero en la otra habitación que estaba bien pero otras cosas están desaparecidos. El hotel tiene un gran ahorro que puede hacer su propio alimento en las habitaciones. Lo siento, pero ahora es la verdad. Pero esperamos pronto mejor de nuevo. En este momento el restaurante sólo sirvió desayuno, no almuerzo o cena.Si te gustan habitaciones espaciadas por un buen precio, este es el hotel! La última vez que me quedé en la suite Grande que tiene que separar dormitorios, sala de estar, comedor y 3 baños y también me quedé en las habitaciones de una habitación. Para un transporte fácil, deje que el taxi de recepción o utilice la aplicación Grab o el taxi de moto fuera a las 7:00.

I were the first time met so ridiculous experience here. I stayed and paid for 2 night there. The first night I found no hot water for shower but the only staff there behaved rude and lie to me that all the room were same type of heater. After I found other room the heater was normal cos I were busy for my schedule and arrived late, so I didn’t get show for the both nights. The only staff there , a rude and cannot speak English that the profile didn’t mentioned, so she couldn’t answer anything except the payment . Once I arrived that told the staff would smoke in the balcony cos this is common to smoker to do at an open area. Smoke is not a crime, but we responsible not to disturb others only! The room was not a close setting, not use Central extraction system, it designed with 4 standard windows then with a glass door for the laundry balcony, so what the point they did it that I have no idea. More ridiculous, I went out from 9 to 9, once I back to this place, I still complaint no hot shower, she didn’t care but she suddenly forced to go into my room , shouted it have bad smell by smoking. Then she looked like caught a criminal that called the owner! Only intentionally fine 2000 Baht ... but the owner didn’t come to check the fact, he didn’t care why his staff has the right to go inside the room without my consent, only concern ask about the penalty ... I knew was difficult to communicate with this kind of persons. Non sense to respect to the guest. Their dirty eyes only thought about how much charge me even I told him , I have never smoke inside but they took balcony was inside the room! I don’t waste time to argue have I smoke inside or outside. I told people that the owner and this staff were invaded into the place which I have already paid and occupied. This obviously violation of the guest’s right. You only allowed to check once I check out that the place is belonged to you again. What the owner and this woman almost destroyed my holiday there. Very Bad location that nothing around, a few look dirty restaurant. No English staff to help foreigners, specially she was hostile toward the guest and alway show her terrible face. My experience was just paid a 5-6 USD you deserve to a very nice hotel with swimming pool , fitness and sauna. Pattaya was a very bad reputation toward tourist for a very long years, so I found the price of hotel were abnormally cheap, many of you probably can afford. However I will never back to this city anymore!
