Great little apar**ent near pattaya, the view and room were amazing and up to date I will definitely book here again, also the pool view is beautiful. You can see everything from up there.

for airbnb style check-in because have to contact the owner of the apar**ent via WhatsApp, and have to self collect the room keys from the mailbox. Gym and Pool are free to access.

The rooms are outstanding, very clean and spacious! the jacuzzi, the pool, the views, some of the most beautiful in the world, the check-in was quite easy, the staff was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend , Turtle, from south florida

Fairly lazy hospitality and isolated relationship with guess and have language problem no receptionist front desk need to call owner actively cause delay sometime need to get improve the above situation in the near future

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL…
If you are looking for a hotel, this is not. It is a derived apar**ent. You have to communicate from time of arrival to get room key and information through WhatsApp. To get towels and toilet paper also. The room was not serviced and cleaned while I stayed for 4 nights. The location is great but I would not stay here again. The rooms and very small also and the television didn’t work

The location is perfectly in the 5-min walk from beach. The apar**ent is new and good. The roof top pool has a stunning view.
But since this is a service apar**ent, so check in procedure is something that to care when compare to a typical hotel.
