The Lodge Pattaya

Personal enojado con desacuerdos con otros huéspedes. El desayuno es una broma. Ubicación agradable en una calle muy transitada. Habitación muy pequeña para la Superior mostrada que reservamos.

Presupuesto de hotel. La verdad es que no volvería a este hotel si tuviera otra opción. Reservé el hotel por 1 noche. A la mañana siguiente no hice el check out, simplemente completé mi desayuno y salí a explorar. Estaba de gira y decidí pasar 1 noche más. Cuando regresé al hotel a última hora de la tarde, les dije que me quedaría una noche más. Se suponía que me iban a cobrar solo 1 noche. Lo que hicieron, dijeron que ya que usted no nos informó antes: tiene que pagar 200 THB más el cargo de 1 noche, mientras que el cargo de 1 noche debería estar bien para mi estadía. - lo que ellos llaman "recargo por pago atrasado". Se debe cobrar un cargo por pago atrasado si alguien sale tarde; Si quiero continuar quedándome, ¿por qué pago un recargo por pago atrasado? Cuando les pregunté esto, el personal fue muy grosero: dijeron que si me niego a pagar el recargo, no me dejarían entrar a mi habitación; Llamarían a la policía. Nunca antes había experimentado una política hotelera así. Entonces, si alguna vez vas allí y decides quedarte más días de los que reservaste; Será mejor que les dejes antes de las 11:30 a. m. del día de salida.

Buena ubicación habitaciones muy pequeñas limpias no hay televisión. El desayuno incluía sólo la opción de sopa o arroz frito. 

The rooms shown are not the rooms available in this hotel! No TV's in rooms and each room can hardly fit the bed which has no padding, just a flat hard board!

Entire good, but a little bit noisy in the night. But no problem for me. Because no problem to go to drink somewhere. And breakfast is also good. Please try it.

Really good hotel, close to the Pattaya beach and other shops. 15 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Helpful staff and good cleaning, only minor issue was the room size. My room was ok for a single person. Also, there is no wardrobe for or a hook to hang clothes.

Wifi not stable. Fortunately I have True 5G allowing my other devices to tag on Portable Hotspot. And the room doesn’t have any hook to hang clothes. Recommended the front desk during checkout to install hooks on the door at least. The room is also small, no TV, No phone.

Room in good location.The hotel was around 1 kilometer from the distance from Pattaya walking street. The staff are not friendly, the room is also too small. You just can sleep. Not having space for your things and clothes.

The space was. Excellent;we really enjoyed have my the rooms to split our group .The rooms were quite clean and well-kept except for floors ;a little dusty,perhaps from not being used often or recently. We were surprised that the washrooms were not equipped with shower slippers nor tooth brushes or combs. There were two small safes for valuables, which was appreciated. There were five of us and only three plates and bowls. Four cups and coffee packages. The staff were friendly and helpful except in the restaurant. The restaurant was reasonable and we found the food quite tasty. Unfortunately, we cannot give much credit to waiter,Manny. He was just short of being rude. Twice interrupted our attempt and giving our order to go and talk to other staff(????). Our request for something to drink with breakfast was brusquely denied.No choice for breakfast … rice with some vegetables and egg. We managed. An attempt to talk with him and apologize if we had offended (I am sure we didn’t do that but my training taught me to do that).He did not attempt to understand and just walked away. I worked more than 20 years in the hotel industry with Holiday Inns and Marriott Hotels. His behaviour would have found him without a job before his shift was over. He is a serious drawback to your hotel. Our group of five speak Chinese and English fluently,and a little French and Thai(very little). I am 74 year old former teacher. My fellow travellers are former students who know I do not tolerate their treating people rudely or impolitely.They have been travelling with me once or twice a year for almost 20 years, since they were middle school students.. They know how to treat others.
