Breeze Pasikudah

Hotel is very beautiful. Pool is wow ! Very big! Hotel design omg wow ! 🥰 The room was great... beautiful place. But the staff is very friendly and special The front desk of chubby girl guest relations Maheshi was very kind and took care of us. But the beach is not clean. Food is not recommended. and that food is not tasty to us. Please keep this hotel always a beautiful place and also clean beach because it’s very important thing

Very good value for money that offers a lot of beachside luxury feeling for a reasonable prize. The Breeze got an amazing beach and the largest pool in the area that our kids loved. The rooms are big with private balcony with view of ocean and garden. We were visiting pre-season and as such service was not fully up and running but all staff were very helpful and went to great length to accommodate our every need. Options for food and drinks were at this point limited but everything we had was good. Really a great place for any family looking for lazy days with beach and pool life.

A very nice building, a very spacious family room and a great huge pool! But besides that, different lacks that make this hotel not (yet) a great place. The ocean view room we extra booked did not have an ocean view, only trees could be seen. The staff ment that the higher floor is not yet operating and that this is the only available family room. But the payment was for the ocean view room. Although there seem to be lots of employees, service is very slow. We had to contact the reception several times because of the not working internet, they always said they will look after but then didn't contact us and it only worked after we went to the reception again and again. The service in the restaurant is very poor. It takes forever to get the drink and food. Fruit juice was with each day smaller, curd was not eatable, bread was on the first day fresh, on the last one hard. They serve one after another, you might get toast, then you wait for minutes until water is coming, then forever until tea is served, then forever until milk is coming... After almost an hour a fruit platter is served... Although there are only three tables with guests. And although they asked on the first morning if we would like to eat every morning the same and we said yes, they could not handle it any better by the 4. morning. Disappointing was, that it is nowhere written that you cannot swim in the beach in front of the hotel. There are corals. These should be protected from the people stepping on them, but this is probably not the hotels responsibility. All in all they could definitely improve. If ever again in Pasikudah, we would book another place.

Beautiful property with great potential, however there is huge room for improvement when it comes to overall service and experience. We have been informed by the staff they were currently operating as a "soft opening", but the same has not been mentioned on *********** upon doing the reservation. The fact they were recently opened, could in fact justify most things, but we struggled with very little requests to be provided: Breakfast was a mess. There seems to only be one option for breakfast, cheese omelet. To get a simple order of vegetable omelet instead has shown to be impossible. The next day, we requested for some cutlery to be delivered in the room. Staff acknowledges and assures it will be done, but it falls into deaf ears. Never got them. Staff is very polite and pleasant, but seems to get lost every time something is asked to them. Overall okay stay but the hotel staff needs urgent training and confidence.

Our stay was great. We had our wedding on the ocean shore of the hotel. Dinner was amazing and the whole evening was unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to come back!

I was visited with my family stayed one day it was amazing. Food was delicious. Staffs Are very friendly. Special Thanks to F&B Team with chef .please visit their and enjoy your holiday. The place was fantastic. There is garden view and see view .specially my Daughter was very satisfied with her saty.

Amazing! The staff is super friendly and caring. We were treated like VIP guests, made our holiday unforgettable! They prepared a holiday for my daughter, a cake, and congratulated her with lit sparklers. The chef is great, we have not eaten such delicious food in any of the 40 countries we have visited. We are grateful to Arshed and his team for a wonderful stay. You are best!

I visited the hotel with family and stayed over a long weekend. The staff was friendly and looked after all our needs. The food was great. The beachfront was the getaway that we all needed, hotel wasn’t overcrowded ju st the way we like it! Though it’s a long ride from Colombo, it was worth it! I would definitely come back again!
