The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

My stay at the Moxy Chicago was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming. The room was thoughtfully designed—every inch of space was used efficiently without sacrificing comfort or style. One of my favorite parts was spending time on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!

La experiencia en general fue muy buena... ¡la ubicación es PERFECTA! El hotel es agradable y la habitación era justo lo que necesitaba. Dos cosas que se pueden (y deberían) mejorar: 1) La recepción siempre parecía tener poco personal y los huéspedes tenían que esperar su turno. 2) Estaba en un piso alto y la presión del agua era mala (ni siquiera normal, sino mala), así que tenía mucho frío al ducharme y tardé muchísimo en lavarme el pelo. Esto me resultó bastante incómodo porque me gusta una buena ducha caliente con buena presión después de caminar más de 16 kilómetros al día con frío. En resumen, me volvería a alojar allí, pero pediría una habitación con mejor presión de agua.

Localización excelente. El personal muy amable. Lo único malo el desayuno que aunque te pone que has cogido desayuno al llegar allí solo tienes crédito para utilizar en el restaurante y el crédito no llega para desayunar. Además atienden a poca gente y hay que esperar para desayunar, el último día tuvimos que esperar una hora.

Reservamos una habitación que, lamentablemente, era para las fechas equivocadas a través de un tercero. El tercero nos dijo que nos reembolsarían el dinero, pero que el hotel tenía que liberar nuestra reserva. Los llamamos inmediatamente después de darnos cuenta de que las fechas eran incorrectas, lo que ocurrió en menos de una hora. La reserva era para dos días a partir de ese momento. El hotel dijo que no la cancelaría. Nos cobraron casi $600 por una habitación en la que no nos alojamos y llamaron con anticipación para explicar nuestra situación. Tampoco nos permitieron cambiar los días a los días que realmente estábamos buscando. Si bien el hotel es encantador y el personal fue agradable incluso al darnos la mala noticia, no buscaré reservar con ellos nuevamente.

La ubicación es excelente, en la Milla Magnífica. Justo enfrente está la tienda de Harry Potter, y a pocos pasos la tienda insignia de Starbucks. También hay un restaurante de ramen japonés cerca y un supermercado no muy lejos. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero suficiente. El servicio de limpieza es bueno, pero la atención en la recepción varía. El primer día nos ofrecieron agua al hacer el check-in, pero al día siguiente, cuando pedimos agua, el otro recepcionista puso mala cara. Después de eso, compramos nuestra propia agua en el supermercado.

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
