Hoteles en Ponta Delgada con aparcamiento

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

El hotel Charming es un edificio histórico hermoso y con un ambiente cálido y acogedor, y ofrece habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas con la mayoría de las comodidades que se esperan, incluyendo una botella de agua que se rellena cada día. Una cosa que destacar: el acceso a las habitaciones es sólo por las escaleras, por lo que los huéspedes con cargas pesadas deben tener esto en cuenta. En general, este hotel ofrece una maravillosa experiencia en una ubicación fantástica. Me gustaría quedarme aquí otra vez.

Amazing place! All the services were great! Easy to park the car! Good view of the balcony! After a tired in a whole day, I can relaxed side of the swimming pool, even raining on that day, I can swim in the indoor swimming pool! However, the outside swimming pool have to been improve, when I walked down to the swimming, even though I hold the handle to walk down, I slide down, got pain.

The hotel is conveniently located with a great view over the harbour and sea. I guess the low overflying planes might be a problem, but I wear earplugs when away anyhow! Quite dramatic and not an issue for me. Reception staff were very helpful, as were the restaurant staf esp. Bim and his colleague - I really felt welcomed, though first night it was chaotic with two many people (coaces?) trying to get fed in a relatively small dining room. The buffet style I liked, less choice for me was good! I especially liked the soups and fish. Overall. I would recommend.

No me gustaba. La ubicación es excelente, en el corazón de Ponta Delgada. El proceso de entrada es bastante embarazoso - auto-incheck con instrucciones, enviado sólo una hora antes de la entrada después de insistir. El precio de estacionamiento, que debe ser gratuito, como por información en Trip.com, diciendo “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. El precio en su sitio web fue dos veces más barato que en Trip.com. La habitación era agradable, muy práctica con muchas instalaciones, pero algunas de ellas estaban rotas. No tanto espacio, no bueno con los niños. No puede recomendar en absoluto, lo siento

Location is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.

В этом отеле мы останавливались еще в 2016 году, во время первой поездки. Поэтому в этот раз снова выбрали этот отель. Отель удобно расположен: до аэропорта и многих достопримечательностей можно доехать менее чем за 30 минут. Номера просторные с большим санузлом. Кровать удобная. Много места для хранения вещей. Есть холодильник и чайник. Правда, очень мало розеток и часть из них не работала, чайник включали в ванной. В отеле хороший ресторан. Вкусный завтрак. есть бар с неплохим выбором напитков. В отеле есть открыты и закрытый бассейны, тренажерный зал, сауна и паровая баня. Отель предоставляет отдельные полотенца для спа-комплекса, которые можно брать с собой при поездках на источники. Это очень удобно. Полотенца можно менять на сухие по мере необходимости, так как из-за высокой влажности на острове практически ничего не сохнет. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и всегда готов помочь с планированием отдыха. В этот раз они по нашей просьбе нашли расписание приливов в природных бассейнах, так как купаться там лучше всего во время отливов, вода самая горячая. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся опять в этом отеле.

Hotel bien situado , con aparcamiento gratuito para los coches. Dispones de hervidor infusiones y nevera en la habitación. Hay balcón con mesa y sillas.  Baño aceptable con jabón y crema… Sin lujos pero gran desayuno completo y personal amable. Dispone de toallas para llevarte al exterior y no usar las de la ducha.

The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Un poco lejos del mar, pero cerca de la tienda de compras con un gran supermercado. La habitación y el baño están bien limpios. El desayuno gratuito es un complemento con pan básico, hambre, queso, cereales, leche, café, chocolate caliente y a veces fruta. Muy agradable y espaciosa habitación común. No hay instalaciones de cocina que sean el único desastre con las opciones de comida costosa en Ponta Delgada.
