Now I understand why this hotel is rated 10/10. After experiencing worse service from pricier hotels in QC, I didn't expect much. This place proved me wrong. Try staying here and experience for yourself why it's so highly rated.

Food in their one restaurant (excluding the cafe) was amazing! Even though it’s just one. Food was worth it! Rooms were clean. Very good for the price.

Seda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

Excelente. Algunos de la ng asustada sa camino y el ascensor. Seguro porque sobrang ng edificio de nuevo. We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Buena ubicación, a poca distancia de la estación de MRT y del centro comercial SM, donde están los restaurantes. Nos alojamos en la Suite 1, muy buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos. Me gustó el salón adicional junto a la cama con un sofá cómodo, muy relajante. La cama es cómoda. Me alegro de que haya un secador de pelo. El pequeño refrigerador es útil para mantener frescos los jugos embotellados y las frutas que compré. Soy filipino, disfruté del desayuno gratuito, las opciones son adecuadas. El personal en el comedor donde se sirve el desayuno es muy servicial y atento. Noté que un miembro del personal en particular ”Miel” era el nombre de la persona, nunca dejó de trabajar, limpiando la mesa, barriendo, siempre está allí cuando se necesita ayuda, ¡muy recomendable! El aire acondicionado, que es un modelo antiguo de Panasonic, es bastante ruidoso, pero para ser justos, enfría la habitación muy rápido. El televisor mostraba íconos de Apple TV, YouTube, Netflix, etc., pero no está conectado a Internet, por lo que es inútil. Solo funcionan los canales locales. Hay una piscina en el segundo piso, pero el agua no parece estar limpia. En general, mi pareja y yo estuvimos contentos con nuestra estadía. Recomendaré el Hotel Dreamworld a mis amigos y, si tuviera la oportunidad de estar en la misma zona, me hospedaría allí nuevamente. Gracias por su hospitalidad.

The room is spacious although, for VIP room the airconditioned is not working on the first room they assigned to us. They gave iwata during our 1st night. On the second night, they transfered us to another room. I would say PREMIUM room is better than VIP rooms .

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

Maganda ung lugar a valor para dinero din. Perfect view while relaxing ... lowi din kausap career.. My only concern lng is wala cya kasaman toiletries and towels. Pero pg nang hingi ka nmn bibigyan ka nila ng towels at soap.. overall good cya. Volverá 😂
