Perfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel, y uno de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra experiencia fue la amabilidad y cercanía del personal durante toda nuestra visita. Desde nuestra llegada, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y muy bien atendidos. Nos conmovió especialmente el atento saludo de bienvenida que nos prepararon en la habitación, con rosas y una nota de cumpleaños escrita a mano. Este pequeño pero significativo gesto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial y demostró cuánto valoran el personal a sus huéspedes, algo que agradecemos sinceramente. Como viajábamos en familia, también fue maravilloso que el hotel pudiera conectar las dos primeras habitaciones. Esto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más cómoda y práctica, especialmente al viajar en familia. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, bien cuidadas y eran relajantes, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa durante nuestra estancia. El hotel también cuenta con una piscina para que los huéspedes disfruten, un gran servicio adicional. Aunque entendemos que hay un recordatorio de que no hay socorrista de turno, esperamos que en el futuro consideren tener uno disponible para mayor seguridad, o al menos alguien que revise regularmente a los huéspedes que usan la piscina, para garantizar la seguridad de todos. En general, disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. La combinación de excelente servicio, habitaciones limpias y un ambiente acogedor hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente memorable. Sin duda, volveríamos y recomendamos ampliamente este hotel, ya que tanto el personal como el lugar en sí son simplemente increíbles.

Excellent. Some of scary lng sa hallway and elevator. Siguro its because sobrang taas ng building. The cons is even if you stayed there for a week and you have a car you have to pay the parking fee its because they only offer one time parking only for every customers checking in. If you want to go out and use ur car then you have to pay the succeeding parking fee per hour. Over all excellent experience. We are at the 30th floor and has a nice city view..

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

I enjoy all their aminities specially the gym,everytime im on vacation i always book this hotel for my staycation, All staff are humble and respectful,thank you winter hotel staff for your kindness

Stayed at Camelot Hotel for our Christmas party and loved its vintage charm. The wooden furniture is well preserved, and the nostalgic lobby with Camelot-era décor gives it a unique feel. Plus, the location is great—just walking distance to HYDRO and Starbucks. Very convenient and memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Harts Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, especially since it's close to SM North EDSA, restaurants, and public transportation. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

May be the best place I stayed in manila as it's an apartment hotel so you get everything and a gym. Good value. Around the corner from Cuba bus stations and Gateway Mall.. busy area and a little dirty
