Food in their one restaurant (excluding the cafe) was amazing! Even though it’s just one. Food was worth it! Rooms were clean. Very good for the price.

Desde el momento en que entré, me recibieron con calidez, sonrisas sinceras y una atmósfera que disipó al instante el estrés de la vida urbana. El ambiente es verdaderamente un paraíso en medio de la ciudad: exuberante vegetación, tranquilas fuentes y espacios bellamente diseñados que te hacen olvidar que estás en Quebec. Mi habitación estaba impecable, elegantemente amueblada y ofrecía una vista impresionante que combinaba a la perfección comodidad y lujo. ¡Felicitaciones por el edredón 100% de plumas! 💚 El personal superó todas las expectativas en cada interacción: atentos sin ser intrusivos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una actitud amable que hizo que mi estancia se sintiera personal y especial. Gracias a Christian por su cálida bienvenida, a Sharline en la azotea, a Clarence por tomarse el tiempo de indicarme dónde comprar comida a las 3:00 a. m., a Kuya Gudoy por esperarme para abrir la puerta y a DJ por su fluida salida e incluso por enviarme a mi transporte. También a todas las personas con las que me encontré, especialmente al guardia de seguridad del B1, ¡¡¡muchísimas gracias!!! Ya sea que esté aquí para relajarse, por negocios o para una escapada romántica, este hotel le ofrece todo lo que necesita: serenidad, estilo y un servicio de primera clase. Es un verdadero paraíso que refresca el alma y lo mantiene cerca de la energía de la ciudad. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ¡MUY RECOMENDADO! ¡Una combinación perfecta de naturaleza, comodidad y hospitalidad!

I had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

¡Una estancia fantástica en Cubao! Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos recientemente en el Hotel Red para una escapada y unos días de ocio en la zona de Cubao, y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el equipo fue excepcional. El personal de recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento y el restaurante del hotel fueron amables, atentos y muy serviciales. Nuestra habitación era justo como la esperábamos: limpia, cómoda y agradablemente tranquila, lo que nos permitió relajarnos por completo. Gracias, Hotel Red Cubao, por una estancia verdaderamente relajante y placentera. ¡Esperamos volver!

I had a pleasant stay at Astrotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. The room had good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Overall, I found it to be a great value for the price. I would definitely stay at Astrotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.

The area was near the night life. Parking is very limited. The room is very old and do smell old in a good way. Feels like going back in 90s vibe
