Hoteles en Ciudad Quezon con desayuno

It is probably one of the finest hotels in Quezon City. The rooms are spacious and the service is really good. Amenities are decent enough such as the pool and lobby reception where they hold breakfast every morning. Will surely comeback and stay here again.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel, y uno de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra experiencia fue la amabilidad y cercanía del personal durante toda nuestra visita. Desde nuestra llegada, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y muy bien atendidos. Nos conmovió especialmente el atento saludo de bienvenida que nos prepararon en la habitación, con rosas y una nota de cumpleaños escrita a mano. Este pequeño pero significativo gesto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial y demostró cuánto valoran el personal a sus huéspedes, algo que agradecemos sinceramente. Como viajábamos en familia, también fue maravilloso que el hotel pudiera conectar las dos primeras habitaciones. Esto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más cómoda y práctica, especialmente al viajar en familia. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, bien cuidadas y eran relajantes, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa durante nuestra estancia. El hotel también cuenta con una piscina para que los huéspedes disfruten, un gran servicio adicional. Aunque entendemos que hay un recordatorio de que no hay socorrista de turno, esperamos que en el futuro consideren tener uno disponible para mayor seguridad, o al menos alguien que revise regularmente a los huéspedes que usan la piscina, para garantizar la seguridad de todos. En general, disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. La combinación de excelente servicio, habitaciones limpias y un ambiente acogedor hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente memorable. Sin duda, volveríamos y recomendamos ampliamente este hotel, ya que tanto el personal como el lugar en sí son simplemente increíbles.

I had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. When we checked into our room, we found out our bathroom door would not close at all, it would open by itself which is obviously a privacy issue. The towels were black with holes in them and the toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet. We asked for a transfer and so we got transferred to another room in the same category. This second room came with its own problems but mainly a leaking AC. It leaked overnight all over our shoes to the point that there was a puddle in the room. Again we asked for a transfer and the duty manager called Susan I believe offered us a free upgrade so credit given to where credit is due. Susan along side most of the staff were nice and always willing to help out. The breakfast options were very very disappointing, food was cold and very little verity. In terms of location the hotel sits at the crossroads of the two metro lines so its relatively easy getting to and from central manila but still takes about 45 minutes by train and 90 minutes by taxi.

El hotel está bien. Pero el karaoke de afuera está muy alto. No me gustó nada. Cuando salía, siempre dejaba la llave en la habitación. Espero que no sea así en otros hoteles. Los enchufes no funcionan cuando apagas la luz, así que no puedes cargar el teléfono mientras duermes porque no hay corriente cuando enciendes la luz. La habitación estaba llena de pelos de mujer y no había luz cuando estaba con una mujer en la habitación, jejeje. Y el baño, no sé por qué huele mal, así que siempre tengo que cerrar la puerta. Pero la ubicación es buena, el wifi es rápido y el personal es amable.

I enjoy all their aminities specially the gym,everytime im on vacation i always book this hotel for my staycation, All staff are humble and respectful,thank you winter hotel staff for your kindness

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

Stayed at Camelot Hotel for our Christmas party and loved its vintage charm. The wooden furniture is well preserved, and the nostalgic lobby with Camelot-era décor gives it a unique feel. Plus, the location is great—just walking distance to HYDRO and Starbucks. Very convenient and memorable stay.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.
