UUsuario invitadoWas very hard to find the hostel and I also had a hard time communicating with them. They also double booked me on a separate booking and I had to cancel. They did apologize and give me a private room which I very much appreciated.
I arranged a ride to the airport for 3:30AM with them and I could have communicated better, but I found my ride was 2000 turghik cheaper on UBCab. I confirmed the ride for 3:30 over text and something got lost in translation and was willing to pay their 10000 Turghik for the ride. I woke up and waited outside only to find the driver wasn’t there.
Ended up only staying there from 9PM-3AM and it took me an hour to find the actual hostel and honestly didn’t have a great experience with this place. Maybe other people might have better luck than me. Thanks for giving me a place to sleep before my early flight.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era relativamente espaciosa, pero había marcas de cigarrillos en el sofá. El ambiente general era clásico y antiguo, pero el personal, disponible las 24 horas, fue realmente genial. El aire acondicionado no se podía bajar de 25,5 °C, así que hacía un poco de calor, pero lo aguanté con el ventilador y el de techo. Al principio me molesté cuando dijeron que era un problema debido a la temperatura anormal, pero lo entendí.

DDmitrii_KhEl hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, muy cómodo para visitar. La limpieza de las habitaciones es perfecta, pero no es una buena idea. Gracias por el hermoso masaje en el centro de spa del hotel – ¡Fue una relajación real!
La única descuento menos –. Desafortunadamente, no satisfacen nuestras expectativas, eran bastante uniformes y, en nuestra opinión, no cuestan su precio. Ni siquiera hubo posibilidad de ordenar un café normal, por ejemplo latte o cappuccino.
Pero a pesar de esto, la impresión global del hotel es muy buena. Gracias a la excelente ubicación, la limpieza y el excelente personal, definitivamente consideraremos Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar para nuestro próximo viaje a Ulan-Bator. Recomendado!

CCeliaThe hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center.
The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants.
Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel.
We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated.
The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm!
We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising!
The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue!
We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third.
The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

- Higiene: La higiene general del hotel es aceptable y se considera limpia.
- Medio ambiente: A 3-4 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Ulaanbaatar, y el hotel está cerca de una carretera principal. Hay un poco de ruido por la noche.

UUsuario invitadojust stayed one night and booked a cheaper room, but it was still plenty good enough. the fridge and tea kettle need to get plugged in. you can hear neighbors if their doors are open, but not if the doors are closed. i stayed there again a second time some days later with a higher priced room, that was better. will try to upload that review soon... its positive. oh and the food in the restaurant is good. staff supportive and some speak english.

UUsuario invitadoIt is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

ТТатьянаEl director de Abi siempre está en el teléfono, ayuda en todas las cosas, habla inglés excelente. ¿Cómo estaba feliz cuando vi un signo con mi nombre 🤩
Los apartamentos son como nuevos apartamentos con baño, lavadora, cocina, a veces hay carencias (no hay platos, ni toallas), pero todo se resuelve por llamada o por mensaje al gerente.
El desayuno se lleva directamente a la habitación, son diferentes, esta vez fue perfecto.
Para los viajeros es importante saber que el hotel no está cerca del aeropuerto de Chingishan, pero con la transferencia de problemas no hay problema)) Un coche cómodo en un estacionamiento subterráneo está listo para llevarse tanto al aeropuerto como a la ciudad.
Gracias al personal, al conductor de transferencia y a Abi, ☀️ como siempre, volveremos!
