JJova因到白馬滑雪半個月，想住有廚房的酒店，所以選擇這裡，每天開車到白馬雪場也不遠，唯獨車不能泊在屋前，要泊在外面的免費停車場，但在雪地拖行李回房間有點吃力！
房間是沒太大問題，熱水夠的，房間有冷暖風機及暖爐，所以不覺冰冷，但不知為何睡房沒有房門，可能全屋只有一部冷氣機裝置在客廳及睡房中間吧？
行政上有點混亂，詳情如下：
我訂的是Base 2，但入住時職員給我Base 1，我再問了一次確定是Base 1？職員答是的，我以為是酒店刻意安排亦沒有深究，但第二滑完雪回來發現大門貼了通告，內容是職員的錯誤給了我錯的房間，要我到前台，但卻沒有說明解決方法，到達前台後，與職員言語不通，他亦沒有表明想我轉房還是加錢或怎樣，只是道歉給我錯的房，我主動問他是否會有其他客人入住？否則我能否不搬？因我四個大行李的物品都已全部卸除，再收拾要很多時間，加上滑完一整天雪又未吃晚飯，實在太累，職員又支吾以對的不停按手機，但又不是用手機翻譯給我看，無言…最後糾纏了最少二十分鐘，我主動提出我搬回Base 2，佢卻只是不停說OKOK，我問他取Base 2鎖匙時又發呆問我為何？那你不給我鎖匙我怎入住？
入住期間沒有任何清潔及打掃，連多天的垃圾也不會清理，這實在太不衛生；毛巾等物資亦沒有補給。

Завтраки и ужины в традиционном стиле великолепны. Онсен - бассейн крытый и открытый, вечерами наблюдали как бегают куницы, тишина. Номер для Японии просто огромный (около 40кв.м). Выдают традиционную одежду. Недалеко транспортная остановка (ездили кататься в район Хаппо, Хакуба 47, Иватаки) и информационный центр.

UUsuario invitadoThis is the first time I stayed at a Hoshino resort. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
Food quality was the best reason to stay here. The restaurant offers an elaborate menu.
The onsen is the next big feature of the hotel. It was not as big as seen in the advertisement. Perhaps wide angle was used.
Location was not great. Not much to do nearby. The free transfers to Omachi helped to kill time if you have no plan to ski at Hakuba.
Service was patchy. Below are two examples:
1) Asked reception about train tickets conditions in general but the response was we are not train company. We know that but would appreciate help in calling into the train company or checking their website in Japanese.
2) Over a supposedly fancy dinner, the server was rushing us to finish by asking us to move unfinished food items from one plate or another by ourselves to make space for the next dish. I would have expected the server to wait for us. On another occasion, the server left the next dish on the table, with lid closed, without explaining what it is. We were not sure if we should start eating or wait. The server came back in a few minutes realizing that she had not explained to us yet and apologized.
With better service and things to do nearby, the hotel will see happier customers.

UUsuario invitado着いた日が、雨だったのですが、寒くなく、個室で落ち着いて眠れました。シャワーが、もう少し湯量が出たらありがたいけど、まあまあです。登山のための前泊としては良いと思います。スタッフ？の方も優しく丁寧に説明してもらい、安心感がありました。
信濃大町は、インスタでフォローしてて来たかった町でした。

OO.K. MACI’ve stayed at many ryokans throughout my travels—often making up half of each trip—but this one felt a bit different.
It seemed to be run by just one person, who I assume is the owner. Everything was self-service, which might be understandable considering it was the most affordable option among the ryokans in the area.
Most amenities required an extra fee, such as towels. Payment was made by dropping coins into a basket and making your own change, which wasn’t very convenient—especially since I didn’t carry much cash.
One thing I appreciated was the luggage delivery service. I was able to leave my bag at the lobby before check-out and have it sent to Toyama Station (for about 4,000 JPY, cash only).
What stood out was the creativity in the shared spaces. There were several common rooms designed for relaxing and spending time—perfect if you’re traveling with friends. You could play ping pong, read books, watch TV, or use the canteen, which had a microwave and dishes available.
They even had coin-operated massage chairs and a small fitness room.
However, I must mention two important downsides:
1. Limited nearby dining options – Many restaurants shown as open on Google Maps were actually closed. The only one that was open had extremely slow service—I waited nearly an hour for dinner.
2. Insects—large ones – Unfortunately, I encountered big insects in my room, which made it hard to sleep. (He even provided insect-catch tape for me while introduce the room) I stayed awake most of the night, worrying it might come back—especially stressful since I had to get up early the next morning to catch a bus to Ogizawa.
Minds you, stairs only, need to carry your luggage down by yourself.
Overall, while it offers good value for the area and has unique communal features, this ryokan may not suit travelers who prefer full service, cashless payment, or guaranteed comfort.

但是下雪，雪地有山路是不開放的都沒有圍封
錯誤走進了，因為不開放的山路沒有剷雪
車比卡雪地了
好彩離酒店不遠
酒店職員很快幫我們拖車
酒店服務十分好，十分滿意
房間內有煮食爐、餐具
十分便利。
酒店外下雪景色太美了
都不想離開

* Una desayuno muy rica, porque hay muchos clientes, pero la comida es rica, suficiente, desayuno japonés tradicional, comida caliente occidental, queso, bebidas, helado ⋯. Recomendación fuerte ^_^
