Останавливался на одни сутки в середине мая 2025г. Этот новый отель в традиционном стиле предназначен для уединений и спокойного отдыха. Абсолютная приватность, даже за завтраком вы ни с кем не пересекаетесь, вас обслуживает в приватной зоне ваш собственный официант. Была дождливая погода, поэтому я все время провел в отеле. Стильный огромный номер с большим собственным онсеном, из которого не хочется вылезать. Огромный телевизор с хорошим звуком и youtube, что в японских отелях есть далеко не всегда. Быстрый wifi. Завтрак-кайсеки очень вкусный, такой вкусный, что я съел бы еще такой же. Отель находится в деревне, сильно в стороне от поселка Курокава и автобусного терминала. Магазина в деревне нет, там вообще ничего нет. От автобусного терминала до отеля можно дойти пешком за 30мин только если у вас один рюкзак. Между отелем и автобусным терминалом очень редко ходит местный автобус. Зато утром, после завтрака, из отеля до Курокава идет бесплатный шатл.

¡Este es el mejor hotel de Kurokawa! 1. Las cosas son agradables conocerte, explicar todo y ayudarte lo mejor que sea posible. 2. Ryokan tiene 6(!) baños privados con estilo diferente. No hay pago adicional, no hay reserva. Puedes disponer de estado en tu TV. Durante mi estancia había al menos uno listo para usar, no todos los tiempos estaban usando. 3. Agua. Sólo perfecta, tiene una temperatura y composición adecuadas. Sólo ponga en el baño y se siente relajado desde ese segundo. 4. Habitaciones. Limpia y fresca. 5. El baño abierto es frío para, para mí un poco demasiado caliente. Y yo era el único que lo usaba durante la cena. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel está situado en dos lados del río.

Fantastic stay! Excellent room with open-air bath and little garden. Food tasted great, well balanced saltiness and sweetness. Service staff were warm and efficient, taking initiative to provide service for guest's convenience.

Estuvo lloviendo todo el tiempo que llegamos, así que cambiamos nuestro itinerario original y llegamos temprano al hotel. Resultó ser una buena decisión. Disfrutamos de las instalaciones del hotel con tranquilidad. El personal nos vio aparcar y se ofreció a ayudarnos con el equipaje; simplemente les entregamos las llaves del coche. Pudimos explorar antes de la hora de entrada. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, nuestro equipaje ya estaba colocado. El personal del hotel fue muy profesional y nos explicó las instalaciones del onsen y el servicio de desayuno y cena. Había personal que hablaba inglés, así que la comunicación no fue un problema. Al día siguiente, llovía mucho y de nuevo nos ayudaron a llegar al coche con paraguas. Debido a la poca visibilidad por la lluvia, la salida era estrecha y venía tráfico, así que el personal me ayudó a mover el coche a un sitio mejor. Se lo agradecimos mucho. Si tuviera que dar una opinión, diría que la comida no fue de nuestro agrado. Terminamos desperdiciando algo de comida. Espero que el hotel pueda preparar platos que se adapten a un público más amplio. Gracias. Por cierto, la pastelería cerca del hotel es deliciosa y tiene precios razonables. Muy recomendable.

Location - up in the mountain, surrounded by nature. Great place to relax. Onsen - indoor/outdoor plus guests have the option to use the onsen at their sister hotel just beside the carpark. Minimal amenities in onsen. Room - a living area, coffee machine, enough space for 4 people with luggage. Staff - AWESOME! Great hospitality! From front desk to service staff at meals - Thank you for making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until check out. Dinner - elaborate and delicious / Breakfast - love the soup presented in a hotpot. Overall - recommended for an experience of luxury in a natural setting with awesome service.

Somos encargados de un auto, el estilo japonés del río montanhoso no es bueno en general. Reservé dos cuartos de cuatro personas (con piscina de sopa interior), uno en los dos pisos de la casa, uno en el otro lado de la casa. La comida del hotel no es adecuada para el chino de la salchicha (carne picada), pero la piscina es elegante y busca un trato de seis metros de altura, pero la sopa en la habitación y el viento abierto en público son agradables.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

I love almost everything about this ryokan - the facility, the room( it’s a massive suite with living room, Bedroom, private onsen and private bathroom etc. very spacious) the outdoor onsen, the private onsen… The highlight is the food! Absolutely amazing! It’s seasonal and high quality with horse sashimi,tuna toro, even the starter is delicate and delicious; and two types of local wagyu beef - melt in your mouth. We have been to many ryokans over the years, with some charging double the price than we paid here, and I would say this is one of our favourite. Our waiter was a lovely young man who can speak good Chinese and tell us about his recent trip to HK. We adore him. I used the massage chair a lot every time after the onsen bath. It’s heavenly. We went to another ryokan (深山山莊）afterwards in the same area and it can’t compare to this level of comfort or food quality. The only one slight con is that our room has no view as it’s surrounded by the walk path and buildings, and we have to keep it shut the whole time. Maybe because I booked last minute and can only have the last room. But the public outdoor onsen is looking into the stream, it’s beautiful. Another highlight is the massage chair in the suite.

No me di cuenta de que el hotel no estaba cerca del centro de Kurokawa, así que tengo que arreglar con el hotel para conseguir a alguien para recogernos. El personal es excelente y nos ayudan con todas nuestras necesidades, incluyendo tener un conductor para recogernos del centro de información y llevarnos de vuelta a la parada de autobús para que podamos llevar el autobús de vuelta a Yufinin a tiempo. Afortunadamente ya hemos caminado alrededor del centro de Kurokawa la noche anterior, por lo que no es un gran problema para nosotros, pero si alguien quiere caminar, será un poco de distancia para llegar al centro de Kurokawa onsen área central. La habitación es grande, pero necesita limpiar un poco más con algunas de las zonas ocultas.
