We loved our stay here and would come again / recommend to other travellers. The pod is clean, bed is comfy and enough room for 2 people & all our bags. The staff are really friendly, the balcony is nice to sit out in the evening and the bathrooms were always kept clean

I had a lovely 3-night stay at Decasa Female House, and I can definitely recommend it! It is a very charming place that is carefully being taken care of. What makes it truly unique is the friendly and welcoming nature of the employees and the owners. During my stay they invited me several times to local/family events together with some other guests. And whenever I had a problem (no matter how late!), they were very responsive and provided immediate help. It is centrally located, and you easily reach all major destinations. They even provide their own guide with personal recommendations and hidden gems. And in case you want to join a guided tour such as to Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, or Mount Ijen, you can directly book it through them.  Thank you for everything, I had a great time in Malang!

I booked Hotel Tugu Malang for my friends as a surprise honeymoon gift, and they absolutely loved it! From the moment they arrived, they were impressed by the beautiful setting and warm hospitality. The hotel exceeded their expectations with its luxurious ambiance, exceptional service, and stunning design. They mentioned how comfortable and relaxing their stay has been, making it the perfect place to unwind after their wedding. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Malang—whether for a honeymoon or just a peaceful getaway. Will definitely consider it again for future gifts!

El hotel está muy bien servido, y el desayuno es muy largo cuatro horas durante las cuales puedes elegir cualquier cosa para comer o beber. Hay frutas, pan, nueces, arroz frito, omeletas, huevos cocidos en el lugar, pasteles y una amplia variedad de snacks deliciosos. La piscina en el piso superior es muy limpia, y me gusta mucho.

La habitación es bastante minimalista, el baño no es muy grande y el suelo y las paredes están sucios. El armario tiene ropa de huéspedes anteriores (no está limpio) y el espacio debajo de la cama está polvoriento. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado enfría muy bien y es confortable. Las instalaciones son bastante completas: hay un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta. El desayuno es completo y delicioso, se puede pedir comida por la noche a un precio razonable y, por último, la ubicación es muy estratégica en la ciudad de Malang.

Booked a standard room for one night, but they gave me a better room as the ran out of standard ones, so a bit of a plus? Room was clean, bathroom was clean as well so definitely recommend. The only issue I had was that like most tourist I am doing the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall/mt bromo / ijen tour and that means early start but there was a group of Indonesian tourists which were extremely loud from between 20:00 to 02:00 there need to be signs about quiet hours and enforced because it causes a lot of sleep issues for others. So my suggestion keep a pair of earplugs or noise cancelling headphones (what I did) and I could still hear them a bit but eventually fell asleep.

The staff was friendly, very helpful. They prepared a special breakfast since I went to Mt. Bromo tour and I couldn't arrive before 10am. The swimming pool looked nice. The only issue is the wifi which was intermitent.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en una calle principal del centro de la ciudad. Está a aproximadamente un kilómetro de la estación de tren, lo que lo convierte en una ubicación conveniente. Hay muchos restaurantes a lo largo de la calle. La habitación era estándar, espaciosa y tenía bañera. Lamentablemente, era vieja y estaba mal mantenida, con un aspecto un poco descuidado y necesitando una renovación.

The room is fine but it doesn’t look very clean, they should put more effort into cleaning the sheets and the pillow cases, besides that, everything was great. Great location, great services, and great food.
