Telpon off & report to Reception but NO follow up till c/o. Many SEMUT on the table & BABY KECOAK around the room at nigh especially "KAMAR MANDI" Bed Covernya very dirty BROWN.🤭🤭 upon c/i he taken my ID and never return to me till I remember & back to Reception👎 so what happen if I forget.

First the bathroom drainage partially choke. Then main electric cannot be activated by the room card. Hopefully can be improved.

Great location in centre of Malang, close to train station. AC in the room wasnt the best but the view was pleasant. Breakfast fair was simple, mainly Indonesian style. Food in the hotel was fine, friendly staff. Some great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The room size is pretty ok, and the bathroom is small. The view of the room is also pretty good, you've got a city view. But if you didn't get the higher floor, you might just get the view of some people eating at the cafe next door. The location is definitely great, because it's in the middle of the city, and you can just walk at night to go to Kayutangan.
