At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Semua aspek bagus. resepsionis ramah. Lobby dan Kamar bersih dan rapi. fasilitas lengkap. Semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Interior bagus banget untuk sekelas guest house 200k an. Mungkin yang berbeda dari hotel ada tidak adanya sandal untuk di dalam kamar. Kamar kurang kedap (wajar). Selain itu parkir agak terbatas jika pengunjung membludak. Overall sangat puas.. La habitación es muy buena, pero el menos es el lugar en el lado de la carretera y es difícil estacionar el coche. La habitación no es tan ruidosa que los coches, drones y ambulancia sonan muy altos en mi habitación 308.kamar Aparte de mi ruido es como mover una matriz Porque se golpeó con la pared de mi habitación. En la mañana, en la casa de huéspedes de Pesona hay una música tan alta que no se puede dormir. y gracias por enviar BF pan y té caliente. Quizá en el futuro, se puede dar un tipo de silencio para que los huéspedes que quieran descansar después de un día puedan descansar sin ruido fuera. Gracias por la encantadora casa de huéspedes 🙏

Localizado en una zona principal de Malang. Las habitaciones son mejores que lo que se muestra en la aplicación. Repetiría si tuviera otra oportunidad

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en una calle principal del centro de la ciudad. Está a aproximadamente un kilómetro de la estación de tren, lo que lo convierte en una ubicación conveniente. Hay muchos restaurantes a lo largo de la calle. La habitación era estándar, espaciosa y tenía bañera. Lamentablemente, era vieja y estaba mal mantenida, con un aspecto un poco descuidado y necesitando una renovación.

Todo está bien, la tasa de precios incluso el edificio parece más viejo pero aún brillante, no es guapo, una cosa por lo menos esperamos que mejoren las variaciones del menú de desayuno...
